I thought I had a contact stuck in my eyelid and Dr Koshnevis squeezed me in the next day to examine my eye to ensure there was no retained contact and to make sure I didn't scratch my cornea. The optometrist that saw me was friendly and thorough. The sales associate helped me pick out the perfect glasses. I strongly recommend this practice to everyone. I will definitely be back next year and every year to come.

Throughout the process, I felt significant pressure to purchase upgraded lenses and laser procedures, with repeated suggestions that the insurance-covered lens would result in poorer outcomes. This made the experience feel more like a sales transaction than a medical consultation about my vision. Following surgery, I have continued to experience persistent blurred and double vision. During follow-up visits, Dr. K attributed these issues to my prior LASIK surgery, however this potential complication or limitation was not discussed with me prior to cataract surgery. What was most disappointing is that, after identifying prior LASIK as the cause, no solution or treatment plan was offered. I was ultimately referred back to my regular eye doctor to obtain glasses, leaving me feeling that my concerns were no longer being addressed by the surgeon who performed the procedure. Cataract surgery is a major medical decision, and patients deserve transparent counseling, balanced recommendations, and continued care when outcomes are not as expected. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in those areas.

if you are looking for an ophthalmologist I would highly recommend Dr Jenny Chou…read more Our optometrist referred us to Dr. Jenny Chou as my husband's eye issue were not getting better after a few weeks. We were called the next day by the doctor herself and were provided an appointment promptly. We were expecting to have to wait a few weeks like most referrals, thank goodness it was not as my husband was looking for some relief soon. When arriving at the office, the door was locked so we called to advise we were there for our appointment. Dr. Chou greeted us at the door, asked us a few health questions, took our temperature and we walked into the office. The waiting room is bright and clean. It has two comfy chairs to sit in and soft music playing to keep you relaxed. We all know how nervous it can be going to a doctors office. During our initial visit Dr. Chou completed several tests on my husband's eyes and gave him some solutions to try and a prescription medication. She explained in detail and clearly so we knew what was going on as she was doing her tests. She provided us with samples and a coupon for our prescription as it was not covered by my plan. Overall, We were very happy with our visits to her office so far we have been to her twice, the main appointment and a follow up appt. My husband is doing much better. Thank you Dr Chou. #supportsmallbusiness

My doctor's office referred me to this office, and when I called to schedule an appointment, it…read moretook several attempts and multiple messages before I received a response. When I was finally able to schedule, I was told that I could not be seen until October because my concerns were not considered urgent, despite having an urgent referral. I understand that many medical offices have their own triage systems to determine which patients need to be seen sooner. However, being told by the staff that my concerns were not urgent felt insensitive, especially as I have been struggling with these issues since May. The office also does not maintain a cancellation list, which made it even more difficult to be seen sooner. I ultimately had my referral rerouted to Sacramento Eye Consultants and was able to get an appointment the same week. I think a cancellation list or another option to be seen sooner would be helpful. Patients shouldn't feel like their only options are to wait months to be seen or seek care elsewhere or through an emergency room. Providing more flexibility and support during the scheduling process would create a much more compassionate and patient-centered experience.

It was a fantastic experience and will go back here anytime I need to get more glasses. By far my favorite interactions was with Dani, she had such an eye for what glasses would work for me and her straight forward opinions. I never thought I'd go for the style of glasses I did but I've gotten compliments and they're awesome. 100% would go back to Dani for more glasses.

The lady who assisted me here hardly let me have…read moreany say in what frames would work with my prescription, granted it is a strong one but she immediately said no to the few I did pick (and selected for that exact reason) even though they were thicker frames for the prescription, some were too big, too narrow, too wide, didn't work my face, didn't fit my nose. And I'm a bit more alternative and usually have a black rectangle frame, but she said the best looking ones, the ones that worked with my skin tone, the one that worked with my nose, were the neutral pinkish square frames... after so much consideration, she sold me on them, a brand new look and everything. I had repeatedly asked for blue light filter protection, but still had to call after I left to make sure they had applied this since they never confirmed it with me. Fast forward two weeks and I'm two days away from pick up, I'm ready! I get a call, same person, she can't do the prescription, the lenses and the frames just won't work, they're basically useless. Tells me to come in and we can pick out something else.. at this point though I'm just not coming back. Horrible experience. TLDR; know what you want or they will tell you and still not be able to deliver

After more than 20 years of dealing with glaucoma and seeing multiple eye doctors, I can honestly…read moresay that Eagle Eye Care has been one of the most impressive medical offices I have ever visited. In the past, I have experienced long waits, been forgotten in waiting rooms for hours, and even struggled for weeks to get important glaucoma eye-drop refills. Recently, my longtime eye doctor stopped accepting my insurance, and when I suddenly developed an urgent vision problem, I found myself without an eye doctor at all. My wife called Eagle Eye Care, and they got me in the very next day for an emergency appointment. They accepted my insurance, saw me promptly, and treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone in the office was outstanding. The front-office staff was friendly and efficient, Nirav was professional and helpful, and Dr. Rock... "ROCKS!" She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my concerns. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and I left feeling confident that I was receiving excellent care. In just one visit, Eagle Eye Care earned my trust. I was so impressed that I immediately decided I wanted them to be my eye-care providers going forward. If you are looking for an eye doctor who values patients, respects your time, and provides exceptional care, I highly recommend Eagle Eye Care. Thank you to Dr. Rock, Nirav, and the entire staff.
