They discovered, not only a clogged carotid artery, but an aortic aneurism. Now Dr. Moore has probably saved my life. For over a year he has been trying to find why I suffer periodic and temporary blindness in my right eye. Other doctors and tests couldn't figure it out, but Dr. Moore remained persistent. A previous ultrasound of my carotid proved nothing. Doctor insisted on a second and consulted with the same vascular surgeon, Dr. Clayson (on a Sunday evening, no less). We now know that my right carotid is 85-99% clogged and I am being scheduled for surgery, and Dr. Clayson is looking into why the lab didn't see it previously. What a long running team, these two.

Considering that I could barely see as I drove away from my 1st appt. Now here I am for my follow-up appt. & they inform me when they're taking me back to their 2nd waiting area. If I knew what to expect I would've made better arrangements in either scheduling not during the brightest time of the day and/or getting a driver. Now I need to slowly drive myself to work in bright glaring sun! Additionally, I asked when is the best time to see the Dr. w/o the longest wait. The girl that was checking me out didn't know what my balance was; guess billing is done at another location. And I'm a bit more alternative and usually have a black rectangle frame, but she said the best looking ones, the ones that worked with my skin tone, the one that worked with my nose, were the neutral pinkish square frames... after so much consideration, she sold me on them, a brand new look and everything. I had repeatedly asked for blue light filter protection, but still had to call after I left to make sure they had applied this since they never confirmed it with me. Fast forward two weeks and I'm two days away from pick up, I'm ready! I get a call, same person, she can't do the prescription, the lenses and the frames just won't work, they're basically useless. Tells me to come in and we can pick out something else.. at this point though I'm just not coming back. Horrible experience. TLDR; know what you want or they will tell you and still not be able to deliver
