They were nice enough to assist me and go get the pairs that I wanted to try on. They were kind and courteous, and for that I give them a positive review. I didn't actually do business with them however, after reading some of the reviews here I chose to give a four star instead of five. I would say that treating all customers with kindness and courtesy, and validating their concerns while assisting them with great customer service will always be a five star review. It does matter when people feel like they have not been serviced correctly as you could see in the negative review rating. Sadly, some businesses overlook this, and treat it as a job rather than a passion.

I asked one of the staff if they charge if you leave, because my wife works nights and she was waiting for me to come home so I could watch our kid. They said no and then told me there were still 2 more people ahead of me. I had already waited 40 minutes beyond the appointment time, then I would be waiting on 2 more people first???? They close at 600pm meaning that I wouldn't receive any help with the frames that I had selected. I left and I will never bother to come back. What a first impression for a first time customer and patient. I left work early for this appointment and you completely wasted my time. I am looking at other reviews (something that I should have done before I made the appointment) and I am surprised you have any customers at all. Disgusted. I was charged $198 for a Ray-Ban frame (after a 30% discount since it was a second pair, it was $138.60). I found the same frame on the Ray-Ban website for $57.40. I called them the same day to cancel my order, but they said it was in production, and I would have to pay 50% of the original price for cancellation. Even the lenses are super priced. $290 for lenses with UV Protection and Anti Reflective Coating. I was getting the better premium lens for half the price. I am not going to purchase glasses here anymore, it feels like you are scammed if you look at actual prices.

The doctor was doctor Ho three months later I went to drop off one pair of glasses so they could do the full strength of the prescription I did so and I got a call back from one of the employees there he stated the doctor asked was a prescription well for you and I said yes it was but I would only drop off one pair because I am a truck driver and need a second pair to drive Then I will drop off the second pair when the first pair comes back. They stated to me that this prescription would be fine and I did not need to go for the full change in prescription. This upset me because the reason I purchased two pairs of glasses was because of what the doctor had told me that they could not change the full prescription Due to the fact it was such a dramatic change. I then realized I did not need to purchase two pairs of glasses I was frustrated upset came in very upset and my intention was to write a negative review if for the doctor not telling me what she did. I would've never purchased a second pair of glasses. I forget their names, but they know who they are the two managers at this establishment handled my frustration with such respect and integrity that I could not write a disrespectful or negative review they get five stars in my book.
