I came in for an inspection on my brakes because it was making noise. But when I came in, they said it was my suspension. They didn't even end up checking my brakes and just quoted me $80. After unreasonable quoting, they didn't let me take my car, instead they took out my tires and sat on it and ate their lunch on top of it. Instead I went to the place across the street, they fixed the noise instantly with no hassle unlike this place and fixed it for a reasonable price. Review Title: Horrible Experience - Dishonest and Untrustworthy This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. I originally brought my truck in for a lifter replacement, but the shop insisted on doing their own inspection first. I agreed. Later, I was told I needed all 16 spark plugs and 4 coils replaced--for a total of $980. I called back shortly after and told them not to proceed because most of the parts were already new, and only one coil plug needed replacing. Despite that, when I came to pick up my truck, the mechanic said the real issue was the lifters (which I had mentioned from the beginning) and quoted me another $1,800. I declined and told him I just wanted my truck back. He said he needed to "take the parts back." I asked, "What parts?" and he admitted he was going to remove the ones he claimed he had just installed. When I returned the next day, not only had he charged me for 16 spark plugs he never replaced, but he had also swapped out all of my new ignition coils with old, used ones. I don't even know what else he may have touched. To make things worse, my gas tank--which was nearly full--was completely emptied when I got my truck back. Now my truck is running terribly and has more problems than when I brought it in. I'm having to take it to another shop to fix the mess he created. When I confronted him about all of this, he turned defensive and started gaslighting me, saying I was "crazy." At first, he acted polite and helpful, but the moment I questioned the missing coils, his attitude completely changed. I'm sharing this to warn others--please be very cautious. Long overdue review! Aaron has been very honest and understanding with me, I have 2 cars, over 20 years old Toyota and Honda and Aaron has taken very good care of both. Once I got my water pump replaced and after a few months I started noticing coolant leak, took it to Aaron and identified an issue with the water pump that was recently replaced, he then proceeded to replace it again at no cost and let me know it was covered under his 1 year warranty because the part was faulty! If you're looking for your next mechanic, this is it. I found Aaron's when my friend's car broke down on a Saturday. He was one of the only shops open in the neighborhood, and I'm so happy we crossed paths. Not only was Aaron willing to see us an hour before closing, but he was incredibly quick, efficient, and transparent. The price was also a lot more affordable than we had anticipated, and their hospitality was unbeatable - they made sure we had access to a full fridge of refreshments while we waited and kept us updated at every turn. When my own car eventually needed to be serviced, I knew exactly where I would take it. My Hyundai's undercarriage had started to come off, and he removed it for free and serviced my brakes for a very fair price. The service ended up taking a fraction longer than he quoted me (which I barely noticed/didn't bother me at all), but he was kind enough to offer me a free synthetic oil change the next time I need it. In addition to all of this, when I brought my car back to have the undercarriage reinstalled (again, for no charge), he knew exactly who I was and fixed my brake light for free - all within less than 15 minutes. Talk about stellar service. I work with mechanics for a living and talk to dozens of shops every day. Aaron's is definitely top notch, not only on the mechanical service level but also with customer service. Paid over $3000 cash to get the timing belt and valve adjustment done on my RAV4. Not too long after noticed that vehicle was leaking excessive oil took it back to the shop stayed over a week with a full tank of gas and these guys returned it with an empty tank and claiming it was the oil filter gasket, I drove it home as soon as I parked, noticed that the vehicle was still leaking oil and it wasn't until I started looking at the engine myself that I noticed the car was leaking from where the work was done and took it back immediately to them. It stayed another three days for them to "fix it "the car was shut off on me because of running with no oil and ever since the vehicle has been burning and excess amount of oil. Aaron is denying any type of warranty to it and his attitude change completely. I will never refer anyone or take any vehicle here again I am in the process of having a complete with the BAR. Before Aaron i dealt with Randy. I had my fords engine & transmission rebuilt. I had my Mitsubishi transmission rebuilt. Never had an issue. Randy was honest and fair. I trusted him.  Recently, I had my son's car serviced, his engine rebuilt by Aaron. We paid over $5200  Since then my son has nothing but issues. Aaron blamed it on the timing and wants another $2000. Now VW dealership is saying, there's something wrong with the camshaft. I will not trust Aaron. I plan to file a complaint with BAR. read more

I have to say Aaron's team was great and we're transparent but respectable with what was going on with my car. He gave me a year warranty for certain repairs and replacements that I never needed because the car was in excellent condition (year 2004 Lexus). Came in asking for a quote only, ended up charging me for an inspection of a whole different thing I didn't ask for and lied saying he told me it was $80 on the call when he didnt mention anything about charging me that amount.
