As a result, I missed the opportunity to oversee the entire setup process. The delivery team went ahead and assembled everything as planned, including plugging in the various pieces. However, I've run into a significant issue: my electrical recliner is not functioning at all. This malfunction is particularly frustrating because I was really looking forward to enjoying my new furniture, especially the recliner, which was a major selling point for me. To make matters worse, I've been informed that I will have to wait a full two weeks before a technician can come to examine the chair and determine what's wrong with it. I sincerely hope that the issue can be resolved quickly and that I will soon be able to enjoy the comfort of my recliner as intended. Reflecting on this experience, I've come to realize a valuable lesson: not every deal that seems too good to be true actually is. In this case, I feel like I've learned a costly lesson worth around $4,000. I had high hopes for my new furniture, and now I find myself dealing with unexpected complications. I just hope that in the end, the wait will be worth it, and I will soon be able to relax in my new recliner.

When the company scheduled to move our IT wires cancelled last minute she was amazing and found us another contractor. Carpet installers were efficient and installed in fewer days than scheduled. Project was changed midstream to require new base in additional areas and they took care of the difference without difficulty. I used it myself(owner) to see how it was going to work, within 10 minutes the lever to turn the direction which way the snow blows messed up, got stuck and I couldn't get it unstuck. It also didn't clean as good as a Toro. Used it a total of 10 minutes, just tried to take it back and they would not return because we put gas in it. This is wrong and really bad business. It should be illegal because you have to put gas in it to try it. I will not go back to Northen tool, because this is completely wrong.
