I have been coming to this Les Schwab for about 9 years, but won't be anymore. I had them replace the shocks on my car in the fall, and they were awful, arguably my car was better with the old shocks. The new shocks are rough and noisy. I brought it back in and was told that everything looked good and that after a test drive it was fine. I drove all winter, the noisy aspect got worse, and the ride didn't get better. I took it in again, and got the same answer that nothing was wrong. I looked at the invoice, and looked up the shocks. The shocks they put on are the cheapest shocks you can buy at AutoZone, but at a significant upcharge, I'd rather them tell me, I got cheap shocks, and I got what I paid for, instead of trying to gaslight me into the fact that there is no noise/the ride is smooth. came in for an alignment, at a 9:00 appointment left at 10:30 and the receipt was for the wrong vehicle I seen my car pull into a bay for about 20min then leave and did not see my car for over an hour. the receipt had the wrong model, license plate number and staff got really pushy and unprofessional when I asked about all of this. will never go to another les Schwab As an update...the "staff" that I'm talking about was the MANAGER and the technician who "worked" on my car. read more

I already stopped going to the one in south Logan here after my last experience and only go to the one on the north side of town. My disabled brother took my aging parents' car to the south location recently for a tire balance without me knowing and sure enough as soon as they were done with it the car started making an incredibly loud noise. read more

Scammers. Smiles to get your car in, story after story to increase your bill. Their theme is "OH NO, A TRAGEDY, YOU MUST FIX THIS". They had my car at 9AM They did not fix what I asked, they had a big story of why I needed to ALSO have done. 4:30 NOTHING had been done except the wish to tell one story after another, The sky is falling ! It is one thing about telling a story, but if you STILL have not done a basic task by 4:30 and you are now wanting to more work on something that has nothing to do with the reason the car is there in the first place,,,,,you are broken. I asked for the paperwork, walked out, paying them for nothing. THEY HAD TOTAL DISREGARD FOR WASTING A FULL DAY OF MINE, They had no comprehension of their poor service. Looking for someone trustworthy who has your best interest?? GO ELSEWHERE, DON'T EVEN DRIVE BY. "RUN". There was another customer, with a shock as well, we connected with the "look", like "yea, I get what you are going through". So it is clear, I was not an isolated rare event. Worst tire shop ever! So expensive! I stopped in to the shop with a flat tire. They had one tire in stock that they charged me $240 for. I got a matching tire the next week from Discount tire center for $150. Called les SCHWAB back to get a price adjustment and they refused even though they advertised this! Don't go here! He was very professional and of course, helped free of charge. I have been at a few stores in the West and continue to see great customer service. This store was no exception. Great service! So glad I chose to come here. I walked into their store and they immediately asked how they could help me. I told the lady (Gabby) that I needed to replace two very bald front tires. She asked what size and I told her I didn't know so she went out to my car and checked for me. When she came back in she got on her computer and printed out a sheet that listed 4 different brand of tires that could fit my car (since she was unaware of my budget she chose them ranging from affordable to a little bit pricier and by how many miles the tires would last). She continued by telling me about each tire, pros and cons, and asked if I had any questions. My two back tires were relatively new so I asked if she could check how long they would last. She gladly went back outside without complaint (it was a cold, windy day) while my wife and I went over which ones we would buy. When we came back we told her our decision and asked how long it would be. They said approximately an hour and a half, but there was a Walmart nearby and also they had a seating area with free popcorn, TV, and other soda and snacks available for purchase. We decided to just stick around. This is where I knocked them down a star. We ended up waiting just under two hours which was over the wait time they gave us. Fortunately we had the extra time. Overall, clean store, amazing friendly service, and great benefits (free flat repair, free tire rotation, etc) makes this a place that I would recommend to anyone! read more

I purchased two new tires from these guys . went to work as I passed the front of my car I noticed the tires looked used. I brought the car back. They told me the tires was new they don't try and pass off used tires for new. He then told me he would put other tires on my car and put the old ones back on the shelf for somebody else.. The kid just wanted to argue with me when I told him that that was the reason I was there because its not right to sell used tires as new ones. This company is run by Crookes . ppl look at your supposed new tires before u drive off the lot. So I don't get screwed like I did. read more

Worst tire store in the valley! Les Schwab prides themselves in their great customer service by having an employee run out to your car. That is about the extent to their customer service. I recently popped a tire on my car and they required me to replace all four tires which cost me an arm and a leg. Then my other car needed a new tire and they would not sell me just one. They said I needed to by At least two. So, I shopped around and was unable to find that tire anywhere else so I went back and the original price they had told me randomly doubled. I needed my car so I just decided to get the tires. After waiting for thirty minutes they returned and told me they did not have the tire I was looking for. I will never give this branch my service again! Clearly they are more concerned with their own well being then the customers. read more

Some of our friends like Les Schwab, but my wife took the Prius in and they recommended slicing little cuts onto the tires to increase friction. Then the tires wore out and the warranty had been voided by these cuts. Now we only go to Big O. read more

We, being 7 of us, were on our way to Yellowstone National Park when our RV broke down in Logan Utah. It being a Friday night, and the town being so small, EVERYTHING was closed. They literally roll up the pavement and everyone takes off the weekend to enjoy. As it should be, but when your in our predicament, not such a good thing. The guys at Les Schwab took the very best care of us!! Justin, I think a manager, did so much for us. He looked up places for us to stay, rides for us, and things to do. With there being were 7 of us, plus our dog, it wasn't as easy as if there were one or two of us to accommodate. Needless to say, we were stranded. Justin called everywhere to see what we could do and how we could get there. All the guys there; Justin(the manager), and Justin, Kyler, Braden, Matt, and Scott, were so nice and intelligent to deal with. They knew what they were doing and this was not their first rodeo!! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs this kind of service. You should even drive the extra mile to use their services like we did!!! LOL All the way from Phoenix Arizona!!!! These guys checked out my front rotors for me and didn't charge anything to do it. They even checked my tire pressure and were fast and friendly in the process. The other place I went earlier in the week talked down to me while trying to make the last place I had my care serviced look bad. They didn't even know who it was. I have purchased tires from them before, and have been pleased with the service. But I mainly wanted to comment on a recent experience. I drove through a nearby intersection and picked up a massive piece of metal in my tire, immediately pulled over heard the hissing, flipped a U-turn and went to Les Schwab. I was in a hurry, I told him what was the issue, they pulled my vehicle right in and in 20 minutes I was out the door. No cost to me, and that is the second time they have fixed a flat for me with no charge. I appreciate the quick and timely manner in which they did it, I appreciate the friendliness the courtesy and the professionalism. I will definitely purchase tires again from them. Went in to get my tires rotated and they broke 2 of my center caps but only told me about 1 (which I had to fix) even though I explicitly told them to be careful. The other one came off while driving and is now lost. The rims are no longer in production so it virtually impossible to replace the missing one. read more
