Was disappointed because I didn't get a reply back and when I emailed them and said I was upset, that they had not responded in three days. I had a call the next day. They had evidently been out here and just gotten back. They came right out. The people were very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn't be fixed but the washer could and it's running perfect now. I would definitely suggest trying these people out, I was very impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge. Re: And you do get back! As I mentioned, I would use you again. The dumb POS won't fill with water, and made an ugly banging and clicking noise when the drum turned... ended up doing a bunch of looking into it online. Was assigned this company through home shield services for a Dishwasher that wasn't draining. The…read moreservice rep said it was the pump and he had to order the part. On a whim I ran the dishwasher the next day and it drained fine, assuming a clog or something came lose from me and him messing with it. I assumed I wouldn't get a reimbursement from home shield so the service rep offered to replace the pump anyways. While preforming this repair the service rep busted a pipe under my sink without telling me. Now I have to get a plumber to come out and fix his mess for something that didn't need to be fixed to begin with. Will never use again.
