They never fixed it. On the scheduled day, the technician came but I missed his calls while caring for my baby. I called back within 10 minutes, apologized, and asked when he could return. Instead of rescheduling--even for an extra charge--he was already furious, refused to come back, and claimed he knocked on the door (though I was right there and heard nothing). Despite my apology, he refused to finish the job. They kept the full payment without providing the service. I would have understood if they deducted a portion for the trip, but keeping all the money shows complete dishonesty. We will be disputing the charge and reporting this business to the town. This was the most unprofessional, unpleasant appliance service experience I've ever had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Jon answered the phone promptly and asked several questions. He then said he would make a home service call within the hour to evaluate the problem. He arrived at within thirty minutes and quickly assessed that the cooling coils were iced and frozen. He gave us instructions to de-ice the coils by powering off the refrigerator for 24 hours, keeping the doors and drawer open, restoring the power and readjusting the temperature controls after 24 had passed. He further noted that should this process not work, he would return within thirty days at no additional service cost to reevaluate the cause of the problem. We are pleased that the procedure as described worked and the refrigerator is working perfectly.
