Not our job. We paid for delivery, they should contact him. I called him at 5pm because they wouldn't in order to find out where he was. I told him that we had clothes to wash, that they were going to mold because they're wet, & he laughed at me. He doesn't show until 7:30pm. We had to go meet him at the gate because he didn't have base access. We were not told this until he arrived. He was nice enough upon delivery. The dryer was broken & would not even start. I contacted Elizabeth the next morning & she said that it ran when it left the store, that they test all of their equipment. She stated that it was a problem on our end. It wasn't. It was a broken dryer. After speaking to my husband, she finally agreed to send another out to trade ours out. They didn't show up until 7:30pm the next night to trade them out. Because of everything that happened, Elizabeth reluctantly offered to extend the in-store warranty by 30 days. Ok, but we have no way to return the equipment to the store if there is a problem. She refused to refund any money. The washer began squeaking on spin cycle within 3 days. Instead of contacting them, which obviously was a dead end, we YouTubed it. From our research, it appeared to be a problem with the belt (all of this should have been replaced before they sold it). We bought a special oil to spray on it. We sprayed under the washer, where the belt is located, & it stopped squeaking. We see a new washer belt in our future. This is not a business looking out in the best interests of their customers. Obviously, they are looking to make a quick buck. Buyer beware - you have been warned by others & myself - not to do business with these people.

The first one wasn't putting out any water so I had to cancel it and move it to another washer. I texted the # on the wall as directed for a refund/to move the credit to the new washer, but they didnt get back to me until after I payed for and started the second washer. Lo and behold that washer wasn't putting out water either so I had to move it to a third washer. Managed to get a guy on the phone and he was able to remotely give me a free cycle for the third washer. Since the washers were all going, I didnt need to get another wash cycle and agreed to text him later when I needed a dryer for a free cycle since I paid for a wash I didn't use. Turns out despite being able to buy a 1hr drying cycle through the app, they can only add 30min increments for free remotely, meaning instead of loading the dryers for 1hr then coming back, I had to wait around for the first cycle to finish then get the second free cycle (to equal out to what I paid for the wash cycle) to get the full 1hr on the dryer. I appreciate that they were able to do anything and tried to make things right, but overall I will not be returning and would suggest a better maintained and air conditioned laundromat.

We got something to drink out of the soda machine, and it was warm. This place needs some major TLC and better management and updated machines.
