I paid the deposit and they scheduled with me to come back on a Saturday to finish the repair. They never showed up so I called to see when they were coming. That is when they told me that the part was obsolete and that there was nothing they could do. I told them that they wasted my Saturday waiting for them to come to my house and that I wanted a refund of my deposit. They sais that would refund my money. i never got the refund even though I called many times. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

He told me he had the burners ordered and would be back to install in two . days. I paid my 129 service that would be deducted from the repair cost. A full week went by with no communication. I had to make several calls over two week period could not get a straight answer. We are now one month later and they simply do not return my calls. It is my fault. I should've asked to see their licensing. The gentleman that arrived appeared to have no idea what he's doing yet We paid him as we were in a rush to get the repair done. I suspect he has no licenses. This is a unqualified business that pays to be first on a google search. Scam do not use this company.

Bill Sullivan came out within a few days, it was not urgent, to inspect the issue. He determined the flap that allows the ice to dispense needed replaced. He ordered the part, which took about five business days to arrive, then scheduled the repair. After the repair, which was fair and reasonably priced, I've had no more drips. Yay! If you need a trustworthy, knowledgeable and fairly priced appliance repairman, Bill Sullivan is the one!

It seemed they were a little overpriced but we were willing to pay extra because it was supposed to be quality equipment, professional people, & warrantied equipment. We ended up getting 0 out of 3 on that one. We asked for delivery but when she found out that we lived on base, she said "the delivery guy wouldn't like having to go out there". Not our problem if we're paying for delivery. Delivery day comes & he's a no show all day. We called them to find out where he was & they gave us his number. Said that we needed to contact him. Not our job. We paid for delivery, they should contact him. I called him at 5pm because they wouldn't in order to find out where he was. I told him that we had clothes to wash, that they were going to mold because they're wet, & he laughed at me. He doesn't show until 7:30pm. We had to go meet him at the gate because he didn't have base access. We were not told this until he arrived. He was nice enough upon delivery. The dryer was broken & would not even start. I contacted Elizabeth the next morning & she said that it ran when it left the store, that they test all of their equipment. She stated that it was a problem on our end. It wasn't. It was a broken dryer. After speaking to my husband, she finally agreed to send another out to trade ours out. They didn't show up until 7:30pm the next night to trade them out. Because of everything that happened, Elizabeth reluctantly offered to extend the in-store warranty by 30 days. Ok, but we have no way to return the equipment to the store if there is a problem. She refused to refund any money. The washer began squeaking on spin cycle within 3 days. Instead of contacting them, which obviously was a dead end, we YouTubed it. From our research, it appeared to be a problem with the belt (all of this should have been replaced before they sold it). We bought a special oil to spray on it. We sprayed under the washer, where the belt is located, & it stopped squeaking. We see a new washer belt in our future. This is not a business looking out in the best interests of their customers. Obviously, they are looking to make a quick buck. Buyer beware - you have been warned by others & myself - not to do business with these people.

She sent us photos of the item before we came in and told us all the information we needed to make in informed decision. The price was the BEST around. They even have a 30 day part and labor warranty and a lifetime labor warranty (you bring the part) we are very happy with our decision to stop here.
