I received a call back from Romero, the service technician, and he and a colleague ( it was a stacked washer and dryer) arrived three days later. They moved out the washer and dryer, ran the machine, diagnosed the problem as a torn front gasket. They will order the part, should be arrive in three business days, then fixed the next! Staff is nice, delivery folks are great, owner was pleasant, but to charge $250 restocking fee when a bed was in house under 24 hours is a bit much! I exchanged for a different mattress with and was told owner would call and put a rush on it. The rush is perhaps two to three weeks. Needing a bed before that I am eating the "restock fee" chalking it up to a bad night on a motel bed which has happened.
