He's also rude, confrontational, and is a serial liar when the question is: What's the ETA? I've been tolerating the bad service for a long time because 1.) It's the only option in this area beyond Uber/Lyft. 2.) I like the drivers a lot. However, tonight, my good relationship with them all went to Hell because I complained -once-. One time in over a year, and the dispatcher flips out at me and accuses me of doing things I straight up didn't do, like canceling rides frequently, which no, I never did, because I was trying to be nice and grateful. She said it was. Another half hour later (an hour total of waiting), I was about to be late for my flight and still, nothing. I called the number again, and when I told her which ride I was, she groaned and hung up. I wound up crying in the street waiting for the cab because my plane ticket was almost a thousand dollars and nonrefundable, and I'm not well-off so I'd never be able to afford another one in time to take the job. I was unemployed and would almost definitely have lost my home if I did not get the job. Another hour later, I accepted a ride to the airport from a complete stranger who encountered me crying, because I had no other choice. No other cab places were open, no Ubers or Lyfts were out in the first place, and it was very very late. I am a very small young college age woman and this older married man proceeded to say things that made me very uncomfortable and set off a lot of alarms. Jokes about kidnapping me, etc. I was in a lot of danger. I am lucky to be alive and to have made it to the airport that day and got that job. If not for this company being insanely unreliable, I would never have felt forced to risk my life to have a job and a home this Spring.
