Money Grab - I had Lee company come to my home to make a repair, and it was very unsuccessful. Then replaced a suction line accumulator - no charge. Unit still not fixed!! I called a different HVAC and they find a leak in my coil outside. I also was dumb enough to by a maintenance checkup agreement ($168) - dah! I asked for a refund and Lee Company (Jon - the Operations Manager) said No, wouldn't even meet me halfway. We can't predict when something else will break besides, your unit is 9 years old. Come on man, you guys were shooting in the dark and guessing. Now you are costing me the cost of a whole new unit. No one wants to work on something that has been jury rigged. Thans for the excellent customer service.

The photos are of the new doorbells Airstream installed for me last summer and it has already been a huge help along with the porch light in identifying and dealing with unexpected visitors (good and bad, mostly good). As for our HVAC we have had considerable work done on it over the past year, and at every step Airstream was honest, professional, and transparent with their pricing while respecting our budget and time. After the 2026 winter storm, we found that the system had been taxed significantly and Airstream has worked with us over the past few months to get it back into tip-top shape for the summer heat. Each time the work has been done efficiently and with minimal interference in our daily activities and minimal stress on our our pets. The technician, Ryan S., diagnosed a failed condenser and advised that my R-22 unit was too old to repair with current Freon, recommending a complete replacement at an estimated cost of $10,000-$24,000. I requested a written report and photos so I could obtain a second opinion. The report stated that the condenser was not working and that I needed a new A/C, but no photos were provided. I ultimately had my regular A/C technician evaluate the unit. He replaced a faulty capacitor and added one pound of Freon for $180, and the A/C immediately returned to normal operation. One week later, I have had no issues. While Ryan was very courteous, the diagnosis and recommendation were significantly inaccurate. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not use Air Stream for future A/C service and will instead wait for my regular technician to become available.
