I went in to check out the deal on the Bernina 475 QE. The salesman kept trying to upsell me on a 5 series machine. I kept telling him it was for a travel machine and the 5 series was too large. He continued to push the larger machine because it was a great deal from the cruise. I planned to leave with a 475QE and ended up leaving with nothing due his constant refocusing on the larger machine. read more

Very disappointed! Never had trouble with left needle thread breaking until they "serviced" it. I took it back twice, met with a technician. Still breaking. I called again to make appointment to bring machine back and woman on phone refused to give me an appointment. Said she'd talk to tech and call me. Never did. I called back & she promised to speak to him and call back. Never heard from her again. Now my 6 month "guarantee" has expired. They just want to blame it on old thread. The tech I did get to see kept pulling on thread trying to get it to break to prove her point but she couldn't get it to break. I don't feel like they stand behind their "workmanship". I'd never go back there. read more

If I could give more stars I would. The staff at Aaron's is very friendly and helpful. The person I'd really like to shout out is Aaron. Even though I did not buy my machine from him, I bought it up north, he has spent a lot of time getting things working for me with an embroidery project. It turned out my machine did not like the thread I was using, but because I am in the middle of a very large project he worked with me and made changes until we got it to work. While I was in the shop I saw how he treated other people who also had not bought their machines from him. He explains everything to make sure you understand and doesn't charge for this info. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He's made customers from the people he deals with. Thank you Aaron! read more
