It Was 3:30 PM. Bob Answered My Call And I told Him My Problem. He Surprisingly Said I Am Finishing A Job And I Could Be There In About One Hour. He Came And Within About 40 Minutes He Took The Back Off, Checked Some Things And Said It Needed A Small Part To Be Replaced. He Had One In His Truck And The Refrigerator Started Working. I needed my Whirlpool range repaired yesterday,,the baking element burned out.. I called Bobs at 9am. got the answering machine ...left a message,,,Bob called back said they were quite busy but would contact his son to see if he would come out today,,called back 5 minutes later said his son Chris would be in my area about 2:00 o'clock today.. he got there about 2;30. replaced the element and was on his way 45 minutes with the job WELL DONE thank you Chris and Bob. the price was great and my stove is fixed. Robert was awesome. I called from Houston Texas to have my mother in laws refrigerator checked. When he arrived he noticed the house was hot and air condition not working properly. He diagnosed the problem and called to let me know the condenser fan not turning on. He then checked the refrigerator and with the compressor going out recommended we buy a new unit vs costly repairs. This for only $49.95 for the service call. He could have stopped their, but instead, he contacted the District Water Co. and talked to them about my situation. They then sent someone out to flush the pipes in my area. Could not have been happier with the service I received. Bob came to the house within a few hours of my contact with him. Identified the problem with my microwave and helped locate a replacement part. I ordered the part from Amazon and he returned to install it. He was able to determine it was in my best interest to replace the machine rather than put out the money to repair it without charging me the service fee.
