I have a personal friend who also does business with Pash Benson. Gary Benson and Ben McCollum have violated my confidentiality by sharing my detailed financial information with my friend. A complete breach of the trust I placed in them. November of 2022 I lost my home to a fallen tree. A couple years later my friend began helping me with contributions to my Pash Benson account. Gary Benson and Ben McCollum shared fine details of my situation with this friend of mine. The end result of this twisted charade is I'm now alienated from my friend. After I lost my home my finances were depleted. I made frequent requests for distributions to live on. On two occasions my requests were ignored. These two times I waited several days only to find that nobody at Pash Benson had even requested the distributions. I literally ran out of money because the distributions were ignored. I thought I could rely on them. Many years ago I started working with Pash Benson. I always have preferred email communication. After my assets were depleted, Gary Benson and Ben McCollum no longer responded to my emails. My take on that is, because of my low worth, they no longer see me as being worth their time. That really hurts. The last of my cash is in a Pershing account. Gary Benson has been telling me since 2022 that money would be available soon. I need that money now regardless. In order to access that money I'm paying over $10k in penalties. When your money is gone that kind of penalty hurts. Gary Benson's poor guidance cost me an awful lot of money. Now it's been years I have been waiting to access my assets to no avail. The insult is the penalty I now have to pay. If I would have known my money would be held indefinitely I would have never trusted Pash Benson. I made a big mistake. In closing, be very careful working with these guys. They are ruthless self motivated individuals.
