Not very friendly at all! When i walk through the door I do not get a greeting or smile! This use to be the place I always go to get my eyebrows done and now i have changed to another place! The one girl never smiles and does my eyebrows so rough and is very rude! So sad! read more

I have gone to many threading places including the one in Victoria gardens ziba, I like their work (ziba) but it's waay over priced...I was so happy when Aayna first opened bc it's just down the street from me and for half the cost and basically same easy fast good service. Long overdue updated review. Shelly ended up moving out of state. So I came across Geet, and she is honestly AMAZING with my eyebrows. She works with the imperfections and helps me grow out the areas that are needed. I love that she can shape my eyebrows really well and listens to my needs. read more

The only place I will go to get threaded, I have super sensitive skin and have tried numerous places for waxing and threading. Alayna's is the ONLY place I've been where I DID NOT have a bad reaction to! They are super sweet and helpful, I even started to take my teenager there too. Highly recommend!! read more

I hadn't had my eyebrows threaded in like 4 weeks because I wanted them to be fuller. So I went to get them threaded today, it was the first time I went to this place. I should've known not to let the Hispanic girl do my eyebrows. (By the way I'm Mexican too). First of all she arrived late, and none of the girls before me wanted to go with her. So I sat down, and less than 5 minutes later I'm out of the chair. I mean the job was rushed, and it seemed like I was the third person she ever threaded. My eyebrows weren't even clean, she just threaded under my eyebrow, not above. I might not go back...and if I do it will be with the Sim lady. read more

I decided to give this place a try. I arrived and there wasn't a long wait. They greeted me upon entering and were friendly. They were fairly gentle and did a fast job. I have been to other places but this one did a good job and were faster than the other places I've been. I'm a guy and just got a clean up and was very pleased. The price is great too. read more

Came in with an open mind decided to try a new spot. I usually frequent allure however owner has too many hang ups and quite frankly time for a change. This review is solely based on work done on eyebrows. Very dissatisfied was rushed out and eyebrows are not even shaped. Understand when there's a line of people however there were two in line. Don't understand what the urgency was but I believe this was cause for all the small cuts on eyebrows OUCH. This is not my first eyebrow threading nevertheless it is the most painful one I've had. After reading some reviews I'm not alone. Note to self: READ REVIEWS FIRST!!! Thank you for you feedback glad to hear you take pride in mediocrity. Although your staff may have the years in "experience" seems you may be grading on a sliding scale. Also, you may need to update your surveillance with audio because I did notify your staff however she made no attempt to apologize or even acknowledge the cuts on my eyebrows. And I especially appreciate your response to a one time only customer by "blaming the victim" instead of accepting and recognizing my experience while visiting your establishment. read more

3 stars for my first time here and first time threading. The girl was late opening the shop and she wasn't very friendly hardly cracked a smile, I must have been interfering with her cell phone call. The threading part didn't hurt I explained I've been growing my brows and just needed a clean up and shape and she was done in maybe 5 min but again not even a hi how are you last time I checked I was a paying customer. Her thread broke on my face 3 times, the fourth time she hit me in in the ear and better my ear than my face! If I go back I'll ask for someone one else this girls name was Geeth or Geetha something like that. This place is close to VONS and I shop there often so we'll see how the next visit goes. I did tip her only because IM not rude. I did try to say hi and asked how her day was and got no reply lol! Even wished her a great day after I paid ($8+$3tip) and left. Yes, if you are looking for an overly friendly brow threader to be your next best friend, this is not the place for you. Nobody wants to listen to your problems for $11. I have always been a waxing kind of girl but lately it seems I have been hearing about everyone getting threaded and so I decided to give it a try to see what all the buzz was about. Boy am I glad I did! It literally took her less than five minutes to thread my upper lip and eyebrows and surprisingly it did not hurt any worse than it did getting waxed. I've been going to Aayna for my eyebrows for the past 3 years. I usually try to stay with Simran because she does an amazing job. She listens to what you want and delivers it precisely. On the occasion that Simran wasn't there, I've had 2 other artists. Both do a good job, but the youngest of the artists (not sure of her name, but she's about 25) rushes the work, and as a result, she's not very detailed-oriented. On both occasions that I've had my eyebrows done by her, she has left behind quite a few hairs, and also, she never really cleans up my face after she's done. And lastly, she has terrible customer service. read more
