Fast, precise, and pleasant to work with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager was also incredibly responsive in helping me get an appointment scheduled quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The work itself looks great so far, and I truly feel this is the best option when it comes to both affordability and value. They use aftermarket American Standard glass, and while it was a bit more costly because my vehicle has sensors, I'm still really happy with the outcome. I'll share an update if anything changes, but for now, I'm very satisfied.

Had my window broken into and then repaired by AB. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Setting up the appointment was not too hard.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The man came to me, fixed the window and said not to roll it down for 3 days because some glue. 3 days pass and I roll it down and the mechanism doesn't work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contact them and the first question I get is why didn't I try it before he left? Welll! Cuz I was told to wait 3 days[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They then gave me multiple different days they promised to come resolve it and never did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally spoke to what I think was the owner who reviewed all the failed agreed appointments and then just ghosted me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So yeah; my window got fixed but I lost a major functionality of my vehicle that will probably cost more to have a 3rd party fix than if AB had come and fixed back as promised.

Used the Yelp app for windshield replacement. I choose this place due to the reviews. The owner informed, me that a technician would call me between 12 and 2. The technician definitely called and informed me he was on the way, to my residence. When D hot here he placed my car in the shade and went to work. He was fast, professional but hard to understand him. Would have given 5, but the technical cut into the dash and plastic covering by the windshield. He just needs to slow down a little, and his work would be great.

Requested a quote from several vendors through Yelp and AB was the most responsive and great value. Was able to schedule me the next day for a mobile service. David arrived on time however he noticed that my window had sensors and did not bring the right window. Not David's fault as I didn't know the window had sensors either. He was able to get one and come right back. Overall the installation took roughly 40 minutes. David was nice and very professional. They do have lifetime warranty if there is any leaks or water coming through the window. Would recommend!

A rock flew off a truck and cracked my windshield a few months ago, and I've been putting off getting it replaced. Called AB Auto Glass yesterday and got an appointment same-day. They had to later reschedule for this morning, which worked fine for me. Gave me an arrival window of 10am-12pm, came at 11, and finished in exactly 1 hour. They even reheated the adhesives on my decal stickers and put them back on for me before they left. My new windshield looks great - $345 for my 2016 Mercedes Benz GLA 250, and far cheaper than paying my insurance deductible or risking a rate increase. Would recommend them to anyone! read more

I got my glass done, maybe 3 months ago and my glass is in great shape! No water leaks. Nothing. They even went the extra mile and squeezed me in the schedule that same day! I remember they were completely booked but the technician was so kind to say he'd stay after hours to change my windshield! They came all the way to cypress at no extra charge. I Can confidently say I called E-very single shop my maps showed me and at the time they were absolutely the best price (I'm sure they still are) . My car was broken into last night and I was very upset about it for I had to go through the night with just a trash bag over it. I messaged a couple of businesses over yelp and this one was very responsive and also provided a number for me to text which it was very convenient. They sent someone out in about an hour and it took him about 45 minutes to replace the passenger front glass on my jeep wrangler. I contacted them late on Thursday night about my back window being broken due to a burglary. I received a response briefly after. A appointment was set and price was given. Friday morning they called and informed me they were in route to my house. My window was fixed and floors vacuumed. I thought there would still be glass left over but nope he got it all. Even though my truck was a mess he was very patient and provided exceptional service. Price was way less than the other places who couldn't fix it until Monday. I highly recommend this company. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. The new windshield included: +Pilkington acoustic glass +DOT-certified construction +Solar band +New molding +Mobile installation +Labor warranty John took care to protect the vehicle's interior and dashboard during the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. There was no mess left behind. He also explained the curing process clearly, including leaving the tape on the windshield for 24 hours before removing it. Most importantly, the finished product has been excellent. There have been no leaks, rattles, wind noise, or any other issues since the replacement. Overall, Pulidos Auto Glass delivered exactly what I was looking for: quality glass, knowledgeable service, mobile convenience, excellent communication, and a fair price. On my latest install, they were professional from start to finish, although not perfect in some areas (more on that later). I'll start with the issues, and then close with the positives. On our first house, I encountered some disappointing challenges during the execution/installation phase. Our garden was trampled on, one of the windows were installed on the wrong spot, and a light fixture was damaged and the crew tried (poorly) fixing it without notifying me (all caught on CCTV). With all that said though, the company stands by doing the right thing and resolved everything on a timely manner. How it was handled was much appreciated and influenced me to use them again and refer others. On our second house, almost everything went smoothly. All windows were replaced in just two days! Just encountered a minor hiccup when a wall was damaged and a worker claimed it was pre-existing. Luckily, I purposely took before-photos and was able to provide evidence that it was not pre-existing. In the end, it was fixed within satisfaction. As for the positives, I really have to give credit to Milton, the supervisor on the second house. He was very professional and accommodating. On one of the windows, he found water damage and pointed it out to me instead of trying to cover it up. The damage and source were all fixed. Seriously, he could have moved on and I would have never known! All the windows were installed to my satisfaction. Few minor quirks remained, but possibly due to the window manufacture (or so I was explained). Also appreciate how floors snd countertops are covered to prevent/reduce damage and dust. I recommend this company. Here are some tips before using them (or any other window company): - Take lots of photos of each window before the work starts. Ensure to get several close ups and different angles of the trim and corners, both inside and out. Ensure good lighting for a useful photo. - Check with your HOA to see if it's the window replacements are allowed. Some care about colors of trim and grid vs non-grid. - Expect the order to take several months to come in. Get your quote early if it's a house you plan on moving in.

I got several quotes for replacing my car windshield with price ranging from $170 to $400. The price from AB auto is in the middle. I decided to choose this company because of their good reviews, professional responses to unhappy customers who had given poor reviews, and quick responses to my questions. The technician came with the company's name and phone number outside his truck. He did an excellent job! I love my new windshield better than my original one. It has sunshield (similar to my original one), and slightly tanned. After he finished the job, he placed a small sticker with his phone number inside a corner of the windshield. He asked me to call him if there is a leakage. The company has lifetime warranty on leakages of air or water. It started to rain about two hours after installation and rained all night and next day. No water leakages so far. After reading some of the reviews, I realized that the quote I got from the company is cash price or Zelle price. I may have to pay more if I pay with credit card. I asked the credit card price before scheduling the appointment. The company gave me the same price as cash. When the technician tried to charge me extra for paying with credit card, I showed him the yelp messages I got from the company. Everything is fine. There was only one guy at the shop and he spoke little English but immediately got on the phone and told his partner I was there and gave him my vehicle information. He then told me "window on way" and he started vacuuming up the broken glass and doing the prep work. About an hour later his partner arrived with my window and with the prep work done he was able to install the window in about 10 mins. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.
