I cannot say enough nice things about ABA Auto Registration. It is located on a small strip mall next to a taco joint. But don't let the location fool you. It is worth the drive. I drove from Orange County to get my new RV registered. Rafael and his team make the whole experience as painless as possible. After experiencing loophole after loophole at the DMV, I did my research and drove out to LA. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I received my registration and paperwork and was out the door in no time. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Look at my new RV.

Our truck was damaged on the driver side fender, and when it was repaired, the Weight Class Sticker was unusable -so we needed a replacement. AAA doesn't do commercial registration, the DMV was out of the question, and no other registration place was answering the phone... until we found ABA Auto Registration! I booked a same day appointment and received my stickers moments after I walked in the door. The team was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Highly recommended!

There are not enough stars to express my satisfaction! Rafael embodies great customer service. These people at ABA registration and Insurence helped me and my wife get our car registered and insured in record timing. We really had a lot of drama going on far as car being impounded, suspended registration, and tons of parking tickets. My guy Rafael who runs this business showed me what "One Stop Shop" really means. I look forward to doing more business with ABA in the near future. I may never go to the DMV again. Rafael, is amazing in this field, one of the last true gentlemen of his generation. I haven't come across many people like him who care to help people. I wanted to get my plates transferred to my new car DMV is always a long process, I saw ABA had great reviews on Yelp. Rafael helped transfer my Classic Legacy plates onto my current car. Honestly, my experience at ABA was far better than any DMV I have ever been to. Raphael and his assistant took great care of me and everything I needed for my car. I needed to register my car from out of state and had no idea how the process worked. I took a chance and stopped by ABA, and sicne the moment I walked in I was treated with impeccable customer service. Raphael worked with me right on the spot. No lines, no waiting time. It was a one-on-one setting and I left with all the information I needed. The process was extremely quick and Raphael even suggested great "smog check" locations around town with reasonable prices. This was so efficient and the best part about it was I saved SO much money. Raphael and his team are amazing!!! Anything I need, I know he is the man to go to! Great location, great service. Established in 2010.

One day I went to get my registration papers at the state office building of the DMV, the line went around as far as the eye could see. I waited for 2 hours only to be disappointed because I was missing a signature and some papers, I was sent away to return another day. It was here I decided that I would learn all I could so I would help others and assist them in any way I could to obtain their automobile documentation. And thus was born ABA, which means Auto Bail Agency.

Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

Looked up the place, read the reviews. The people were nice they greeted me upon entry,had to wait for a customer ahead but didn't wait too long. Place was clean and looked pretty professional, staff looked decent and was very informational and understanding. The owner seemed a bit eccentric and had corny lines but you can deal with the other girls. Alex was my agent. They have a service fee but let's be real id rather pay that than deal with the real assholes at dmv. They fill out everything and literally who wants to fill out forms? They give you tags on the spot and helped take off my no insurance suspension. DMV said I had to do online and COME BACK in 10 days! Are u kidding me. Alex was great and was able to call and get my suspension removed on the spot! Didn't have to wait, ABA saved me lots of time since I came during my lunch. Parking is a bit tough but there is residential area near where you can park. Def recommend them read more

First of all let me say, save your time and go to ABA Auto Registration! Raphael is a stand up guy, business man dedicated to serving his clients. I went to DMV for a title transfer, they gave me the run around from here to Sacramento. The guy i bought the car from had died. They said i needed this and that, signatures and so on. They even said if i couldn't produce certain Items I wouldn't be able to transfer in my name at all. Thank God i found ABA Auto Registration. I googled DMV services in the DMV parking lot and ABA popped up first. Talked to Raphael and was on my way. I got there after 5pm,(they're open late) and i explained my situation to him. He was very nice and excited to help. He did a lot of work to get my car transferred and registered in my name for a very small fee. I will never go back to the DMV. I highly recommend going to ABA! I accidentally lost track of time and needed to register my car from out of state at the last minute; instead of waiting for an appointment with the DMV three weeks out and risking getting a ticket for an expired registration I found this place online. I called in advance to make sure I brought the proper paperwork and Rafael was SO nice, assuring me I only needed to bring a good attitude! I was able to go later in the afternoon on a Saturday and there was even a smog check place right next door which made getting that paperwork really convenient. The process only took about 30-45 min and I was able to leave with the plates on my car which they put on for me. This is how a business should be run; Rafael was kind, honest, saving me lots of frustration and money, and he and his son were so funny! I was having trouble figuring out how to start my out of state registration till I stumbled on ABA on yelp. Despite the recommendation from someone to avoid a third party and go straight to the dmv, something in my heart told me that this was the right place. If I could give them a 10, I would. Rafael and Natalie are Godsend. Not only do they take their time to explain the process to you, they make sure that you are in and out of there with ease and speed. I was trying to transfer my Car from Texas to CA and they made the process as pain free as possible. They are very honest- no you won't be out of there in 5 minutes, but I'll take 20! I classify Rafael as an angel for his help with my automobile registrations. I finally had gotten proof of payment of liability insurance which I had to get to the DMV by 9-3, or else. None of the DMV options listed on my notice were at all responsive even after several tries of each one. The phone responder said I would hear from them within 11/2 to 3 hours...that was 2 days ago, and I was getting nervous. THEN I reached Rafael at ABA, he gave me help to reach the DMV, and my problem was solved in minutes. I contacted ABA as I needed to re-register my motorcycle in California after moving from NY and wanted to understand the whole procedure with the DMV. Rafael and Pamela took care of the whole process for me AND made me save money too. Extremely professional, honest and sooo nice.
