    Today I went into the store because they had a specific item that I wanted. A gentleman over the…read morephone was nice, answered any questions I had and held my item. When I arrived I told the woman named London (738458) that I had 5 trade-in's as the gentleman said it was ok to do. Almost immediately she starts raising her voice and saying that I can't stack. I told her that I was aware and was going to make 5 separate transactions. I brought my boyfriend and 3 children. With the same tone she continued to talk down to me and says that she doesn't take toys but the posters were ok. Again she proceeds to tell me that I can't stack and that it's 18 and over only that can trade, no children. The gentleman that I spoke to earlier apologizes to me for his mistake and I understood. As I continued to ask her questions to make sure I understood how trade ins work she continued to raise her voice, almost yelling. My anxiety started kicking in and asked her to stop talking to me in that manner, I was simply asking questions to better understand. I requested the gentleman to help me and she said, "no, I'm the manager and he's in training!" I had to ask her a total of two times to stop raising her voice at me for her to stop. On the inside I was on the verge of wanting to cry. I pretended like what she did didn't bother me just so I can get items as they were gifts. I was embarrassed with the treatment, especially in front of my family. My two boys only aged 9 and 11. Please change this behavior of hers. Negative attitude like that will be the downfall of the rest of the GameStop stores. I recently renewed my membership and would hate for that to happen.     Just went into this GameStop to get my pokemon cards graded for the first time and had a great…read moreexperience. We were helped by Leia, who was very knowledgeable about grading cards and was kind enough to teach us the process. Although it does cost a little bit to grade cards, the overall process was pretty quick and easy. The store itself was super clean, all the staff were very kind, and the selection was good. All in all, this is a really good GameStop store with great staff.
