At first they attempted to replicate the issue at the store but it didn't work, so they've asked me to bring my power cord, mouse and keyboard. They dug and dug and found the issue! A couple of corrupt drives my razed synapse downloaded (or incorrectly downloaded). A few updates later, I got my pc back!!! Thank you guys for being persistent and actually caring about my pc!
