I was in town visiting my parents and they'd been storing a 10 year old Asus touchscreen computer for me that I hadn't turned on in 4 years after the screen cracked and it was glitching to the point where it was no longer useable. Scott was able to disable the touchscreen, transfer all of my data and pictures to my new computer and his prices were extremely reasonable and it was ready within a couple of days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Scott is fast, fair, and knowledgeable, I brought in my laptop at 12:30, and within an hour, he called to tell me the issue was only a power cord. He could have ripped me off and tried to sell me a battery and never replace the existing one. Not only that, he cleaned the fan and oiled the hinges...AND the best thing!!!...he only charged me for 1/2 hour. No diagnostic fees like other places. And no long waits. If I could double the number of stars I would. I started my Mac up one morning and saw an odd folder icon with a question mark next to it. I couldn't move beyond that point. I had no idea what was going on, but was in a panic about it because I work from home. Scott, the owner, knew exactly what the problem was, which is that I needed a new hard drive. I was on the verge of buying a whole new laptop, but he saved me from that. He had me up and running in an amazingly short time. I was so incredibly grateful. Well, they said it couldn't be done but Scott at Reliable Computer Systems got my MacBook Pro running again, and faster than ever before. A new hard drive, a new battery, and it's better than new. For a fraction of the cost of having the same work done at the Apple store. Also, I thoroughly researched the "Mac approved" repair shops locally, the Simply Mac location in Clearwater is a nightmare - never answer the phone, never return calls, and when I say never, I mean after multiple attempts daily for 5 days, messages left daily for 5 days.
