I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.
