Been going to Abby Ann's at this particular location for years on end. All 6 of my children were at home when I started. They are all grown now with children. I have NEVER been dissatisfied. Most of the time I'd rather go here because of their wide variety of household appliances, furniture, knick knacks, jewerly, etc. I feel like a kid in a candy store. They deliver, bring the items in and out it where you want it. The owner and staff is also amazing and very friendly. I absolutely love this store. read more

I have been a frequent customer at Abbey Ann's for years at the East Cuyahoga Falls Ave. store. I went to the State Road location for the first time this week and paid for a dresser ($80). My husband went to pick it up today, and as he was loading it onto his truck, it was in bad enough condition that it started breaking apart. He asked for a refund, and was told they only give store credit. The older woman who was working there was nice, he was polite to her, everything seemed fine. I said that was fine, I'll head to the store to pick out a new dresser. In the meantime, the older woman's son came out to where my husband was waiting for me, parked with the truck we rented. The son started yelling at him, telling him he broke the dresser and gave his mother "trouble," and that he was going to call the police to remove him from the property. He then brought my husband cash and a receipt, even though we'd agreed to store credit. By the time I got to the store, my husband had left for fear of getting the cops called on him for waiting for me. AWFUL. Do not go there. read more

Owner is very nice. But I was sadden by the mattresses I bought from there a Queen and twin and a full this was last year but ever since I got these mattresses they have been extremely uncomfortable I didn't get the most expensive one cause I couldn't afford it so I got the one in between, but these beds are so hard a and uncomfortable I toss and turn all night. I sleep better on a couch than my own bed. I wouldn't recommend buying "brand new" (what i was told but had a horrible factory smell) mattresses from here but to each it's own. read more

My favorite Abbey Ann's location. You can actually move around and see what they are selling. The owners are so friendly. I've been going here for years and love looking for treasures. I've planned several baby and bridal showers over the years. I'm always hunting down items for the centerpieces. I also make garden flowers from old dishes and can find great pieces for under $1. My friends and family are always amazed at what I can find there. I took a neighbor for her first Abbey Ann's experience and her husband wasn't to thrilled with how much she spent. The selection of old China cabinets and buffets is unmatched. Make sure you allow yourself ample time to check everything out when you go! read more

I love Abbey Ann's! Hidden gems are everywhere! I moved to Cuyahoga Falls several years ago and stumbled over this place. I got all my furniture for such a great price, and stopped by here before I moved and furnished my new house. Best thing I found were my pots and pans--even some good Revere pans with the copper bottom. I also love the little things you didn't even know you need, like a gargoyle (fur real! I have pictures). My best experience was when my college roommate was visiting. We stopped by Abbey Ann's and she found glass cookware that her mom used to have, but she broke when younger. I'm from Cleveland as well and am temporarily working in Akron. Anyway, I had been driving past this place every day and finally decided to check it out. Wow. Totally exceeded my expectations. The comparable stores in CLE are much more expensive and don't have such an extensive furniture selection. Lots of furniture in very good condition, including vintage. My family has purchased a number of pieces here, even though we're up in Cleveland, which is a hike for furniture, but worth it. Shop has lots of knicknacks, some old records, and a nice selection of kitchen items. read more
