It's also so different from the original Brothers Antique Mall, which is more like a traditional "antiquey" antique mall full of Old Stuff. There's old stuff here, but it's all got a place. It feels curated. There's home decor, old antiques -- a lot of farmhouse and chippy paint type stuff, cottagey stuff -- and there's candles and clothing. And books! Antique books, new books, art books, cookbooks, fiction, there's a wonderful variety. It's not a huge bookshop, but there's a lot of interesting and beautiful books here. It looks a lot more countryish on the outside, but the selection is definitely more boho and interesting. It's like an upbeat decor shop, the kind of place you can pick up a funky vintage piece or an upcycled new decor or handicraft, and have a fun time doing it. I'm not sure how many pieces they move in a day or a year but coming here a year after year after year I've noticed the same stuff sitting on the shelf with faded price tags dusty items just don't seem to move and when I do purchase something, which is rare, I noticed people in line are making very small purchases of small items like maybe a record or a couple pieces of glassware. I'm sure they move larger items every now and then but it seems like the same stuff in the same booth and display cases that never moves. There are plenty of malls out there where items are priced to sell and there's always fresh items to look at so I recommend looking around. If you're in the area, go ahead and stop, but don't have high expectations. If you live outside the area, I don't know that I would waste the time or the gas to visit this one.

The lady informed me that they was staying away from the "modern" collections. Only problem is most of these decanters are from 1980 and before. Quite a few very rare and expensive collectors items from the member only jim beam club. I went back into his shop on Monday and he explained what the coins were worth (at market rate). He was also very upfront and transparent on his fees (which ended up being around 10%). Everything seemed reasonable so I proceeded forward. He wrote me a check and kept the silver and the transaction was complete. It couldn't have been any easier.
