Our sitter was Michelle and she took the time to get to know our cats during the meet and greet. Having younger kitten, we opted for the 40 minute daily visits to ensure some playtime. Michelle sent us a daily recap and pictures to make sure we knew our girls were in good hands. She also grabbed our mail and a package that was delivered while we were gone. Prior to this event, I had used this kennel on several occasions without a problem. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Never again! First off, I found out they do not check on the animals outside of business hours. Second, my dogs came out of there extremely sick (current on all shots) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Take your animals somewhere they will actually be taken care of. These are not opinions.
