I told him I wouldn't be home but left the instructions for the key along with the payment. On May 21, 2025, he first diagnosed one issue, then I questioned him about the coolant leak, then he said what the issue was and not to worry about the previous diagnosis. I am quite disappointed because he has failed to follow -up. He told me that he would contact me on yesterday afternoon, no call. I texted him on May 22, 2025, and I called him, he said he will call me back. At this very moment, no return call. I am assuming my business isn't important to him, but yet you gladly accepted the $185.00, or shall I say $190.00.

My husband used to be loyal to Midas for oil changes and brake work, but during his last visit, they told him he needed new sway bar links to fix a popping sound when backing up or turning. They quoted him **$800**, which seemed outrageous. I suggested he call Brakes for Less, who quoted **$200** instead. But when he brought the car in, they actually checked it out and said the sway bar links were totally fine. They investigated further and found that **Midas hadn't tightened the brake calipers properly**, which was causing the noise. Brakes for Less fixed the issue and only charged us for the additional services we *asked* for--an oil line flush and brake fluid. That's it.
