I walked out in shock because, what? Out of all the boba spots that I have been to, never has anyone smelled my drink. In fact, I used to work at a boba shop and never has it occurred to me to smell a drink and not remake it for a customer. Like, I don't know what methods you use to confirm ingredients but you couldn't even take the drink to the back to smell it? You did it in front of my face? I don't ever ask for drinks to be remade unless it tastes nothing like I ordered, I just go about and let it be but this genuinely appalled me.
