Central point location. Only 1 helpful guy there, and im pretty sure he was the manager. 1 guy literally just standing there doing a whole lot of nothing while talking on the phone. Pizza was subpar to say the least. Fried chicken was absolutely disgusting. Paid 25 bucks for chicken and potatoes, threw away ALL the chicken. Ooh the pizza is delicious. We got a garlic chicken with white sauce and a meat lovers. The white sauce was creamy. The chicken was tasty and there was a good amount of it. The 13 inch was pretty big. I got Idaho spuds. Think potato wedges in the shape of circles, like Mojos. Big fan. Definitely would come back if I lived in Oregon. Sadly I'm in CA. Beware! This was one of the worst values for a pizza place we've encountered in almost 50 states. The pizza itself was decent, but for $10 you should get a bit more. At a pizza place, you'd expect the lunch buffet to focus on pizza. Unfortunately there were at most two available, usually only one. Before we ordered we asked if we could make special requests and they said yes, limit of two toppings. After we paid, they informed us they won't make a cheese because it gets eaten too quickly. Other items included fried chicken, instant mashed potatoes (watery), gravy (watery), green beans, Asian style rice, and cinnamon rolls. None of which were worth eating. There was also a rather large salad bar, so there's that. Two of us ordered sandwiches and left hungry, as they were very small. I asked how big they are before ordering and what he showed me with his hands was nothing like what we ended up with. Overall it was just very disappointing, we would have been better off going to the Safeway hot bar and picking up a couple frozen pizzas. read more

But the prices are even more expensive than one of our best pizza places in town. $31 for a large Canadian bacon and pineapple. Just robbery. My family used to come here about once a week for the lunch buffet. Having a vegetarian requirement, we always asked for a meatless pizza option. We weren't too picky, we just needed any pizza without meat. It was always like pulling teeth to get them to put out a meatless pizza, even though our party could probably polish off the whole thing. On our last visit, they told us that they would not put out a meatless option until there was no meat pizza left. We waited for some 45 minutes while the other parties picked away at the offerings, but they never completely ran out of meat pizza. So the manager refused to offer a meatless option. Having paid $11 for side salad, we left. Needless to say, we will not be back again. The pizza was generally alright, but there are plenty of other decent pizza joints in the area where people are not treated like second-class citizens for not eating meat. The Abby's Legendary bad customer service would warrant one star, but I think that the decent pizza should bump this up to two. It's a good recipe. It's just bad management. read more

Staying at a hotel near by and had a great delivery. The pizza was on time, and the person making the delivery was very polite and friendly. I chose to build my own thin crust pizza piled high with lots of veggies. The crust was crispy and light, not at all soggy. It was toasty but nut burnt. The veggies were plentiful and very fresh. I go here often. Here are the pros and cons Pros: the people are super nice, accommodating, and they are more versed in customer service then most pizza places. It isn't run or operated by a bunch of rude teenagers, but competent adults who know what they are doing, and seemingly enjoy being at work. Bright faces and they even know me by name even though I only come in maybe 4-5 times a month. Also, the pizza isn't bad. It is pretty good I mean, not like the best In Town or anything but you know, you are in Medford, not New York City. They are never all that busy and wait times are pretty manageable for delivery. It is very close to my home, and since it is a chain everyone basically has one close to them. The dipping sauces are friggin awesome, not sure what that one reviewer was saying. If you don't like the prepackaged dipping sauces then hit the salad bar and get pure blue cheese or ranch or whatever. Cons: they should do some remodeling in the place to make it more visible and welcoming. The pricing doesn't make sense to me. The pricing should be in line with dominos, Pizza Hut, and papa johns pizza. A large pizza with one topping should not cost 23 dollars. I stopped going here due to pricing, when I do go I get the small 7 in pizza for like 7 dollars. I'm not sure why the large seems like so much more money for what you get. The buffet is nasty guys you should just not do that at all. Also, you should close down the salad bar and just serve fresh salads and charge more for those. Also, your wings are bad. Change them. Figure out how to do chicken wings well and you'll double your revenue. No one does wings well in town, and I mean no one. read more

Even when we ordered online it said the time would be 30 minutes- Called after an hour and they told us "your pizza is up next". Never even offered to make it right or apologized. We have not eaten here in about 15 years I could not believe how disappointed we all were! I can honestly say I have never eaten mashed potatoes that were awful, but these were how can someone mess up mashed potatoes? We ordered the buffet which was 9.99 a person (yikes) but thought it might be nice to try everything again. Chicken was dry, potatoes were soggy and oily, pizza was greasy and overcooked. even the olives on the pizza had a nasty taste. I thought ok well I'm still hungry maybe I'll just get some corn. But even the corn tasted like they had mixed it with some kind of oil, probably margarine but it still did not taste good at all. Passing through Oregon on I-5 and had to stop for dinner before continuing north and noticed the sign for Abby's Legendary Pizza, just what the teenagers wanted. We ordered a Giant pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. The crust was cooked perfectly, slightly crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. They were generous with our toppings, no bare spots, not even around the rim! It was DELICIOUS! We normally end up bringing some home with us. Not this time. Cut Corner On Pizza Buffet To Cut Their Cost Once a year as I drive through on I-5 in Oregon as this location (Abby's) with full blown' Buffet were one of the best Pizza Buffet in the past. On Tuesday April 29, 2014 I had stopped there for great Buffet as I'm pretty disappointed of their cheap very thin crust with little topping and mostly drowned in yellow cheese that really ruined the taste of Pepperoni. Fried chicken was OK as not special. Their Mexican Dish seasoning wasn't that great that even both Taco Bell & Del Taco is much better than Abby's. For over 9 Dollars for whole Buffet with Soda at Abby's that are well below California's based Mountain Mikes and Round Table Buffet. Mountain Mikes Buffet with Soda around 8 Bucks. Even Round Table with Soda plus California Tax that is just little cheaper than Abby's on East Pine St. Central Point, Oregon. And by the way their employees were very friendly with lousy pizza Buffet. read more
