They said my reservation was confirmed and then emailed me the receipt of the charge they applied to my card - that morning - not prior. No emails were in my spam, so I did not miss any communication, they failed to confirm and still charged a ridiculous fee for a short distance that was never driven. Beware of this company. They will not confirm and leave you wondering, then immediately they are able to find your email to process a payment after your unconfirmed pickup time (and who knows what location). They also hung up on me when I asked what email they sent the confirmation to. Better off with any other company. Should have known better with all of the spelling/grammar errors on the website that details are not their forte.
