I used to love this location. I used to learn so much from the guys working there on liquor brands to try. I could tell them the type of flavor I was going for and they could recommend some options which were usually spot on. It's been awhile since I've been back and it's a nicer store but the customer service sucks. I wasn't greeted. The staff were having a personal conversation with each other. I was struggling to locate a specific liquor and the woman pointed to the back and said it was back there while she continued her personal conversation. I checked out and she asked if I found it and she did offer to help me but I was ticked that I had to wander around the store because she couldn't take a second to give me better instructions other than "back there." So instead of getting over a $200 sale, she got a $40 sale. Please train your staff on customer service. I was 1 of 3 customers in the store. Pitiful. read more

The store on Northlake in Palm Beach is a large and clean store which offers much more including snacks, appetizers, cigars to get you party going. The selections to choose from is quite extensive. Two stars mainly for the person working tonight. I think he's unhappy and the powers that be need to know it. Today is June 6, 2023 and it is 7:09 PM. He's not mean or rude. He crossed T's and dotted I's. But there was no life in his words. He almost seemed annoyed to be there and by me. And that's unfortunate. This location is great. They have everything you can possibly think of for a party or a night at home.. Again, my stars are for the person who's working tonight. Life is hard. The beer from the cooler is always warm, they are too cheap to keep it cold like Publix. The flu and Covid are a threat. ABC doesn't supply sanitized napkins to wipe the shopping carts. Publix has the wipes at front doors.' Manager responsibility not being fulfilled. Employees through out the store are helpful and friendly. read more

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is the worst chain liquor store in America! I placed an order the other day on their website and they changed my order to awaiting my pick-up. The next day I got a cancellation notice. I called the store and they said they never had the bottle and weren't sure why I was able to order a bottle online that they never had! Thank God I hadn't made a trip to the store to pick up this non-existent bottle! I am a former premium member with Vault access but for the most part I have stopped shopping there! read more

A very clean ABC where you can find what you're looking for before you can utter "1, 2, 3." Usually, I go to the ABC on Southern, when I do go to an ABC. However, knowing this ABC was on a Northlake, I decided to skip along (no, just kidding, I drove) to this location. The whiskey selection is fairly standard for most ABCs, although, I think I prefer the selection at the one on Dixie Highway better. However, I do dig their champagne selection and prices when I want to spoil my fiancé, which is all the time. Parking is easy and plentiful. The checkout lines move fairly quickly with social distancing practices in place where I feel at ease and not feel like someone is heavy breathing down my neck like they are at Publix. It's horrible that their management staff does not enforce or adhere to Covid-19 Mask safety inside the store! During a six week time frame: three separate visits had the same shameful results with both staff and clients...my last two visits resulted in NO sales due to their poor safety measures. I used to love going to abc liquor until I got the worst customer service from one of your employees, I believe her name was "markie". She was rude and inconsiderate when it came to wearing her mask and even told me that someone else would help me when she was clearly not busy at her register and had the ability to get another mask from behind the counter! Pros: Good Prices and Knowledgeable Staff. Cons: They do not honor in store specials when they run out of a certain item. I went there last week in order to buy a bottle of gin. This bottle was supposed to come with a free 50 Ml bottle of something free. They were out of the free bottle. They would not substitute, nor offer a rain check. Reason given was that they would lose money. A liquor store lose money? LOLOLOL. The free bottle could not have cost more then 2 dollars. There are too many other places to go that have good prices and honor specials. Next time I will go to a Wal-Mart liquor store or some other discount liquor store. I buy liquor so infrequently that this really disappointed me. Too bad they are willing to lose a customer over 2 dollars. I guess it is true; this transaction did lose them money. read more

This store is amazing. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful staff out of any ABC. They will find all your wine for you. They even go as far as to check the stock in the back If they are out of something. Not to mention they know EVERYTHING about all the wine. AMAZING store and staff. Great rum selection and very good experience with staff (Melissa was especially helpful ). Store was clean and displays well organized. Could expand on their selection of rum &/or wine-based coolers but that's just my personal preference. A quick 10 minutes drive north of Singer Island. read more
