Throughout the evening, the place filled up with regulars who were greeted like old friends, and it was easy to see why they keep coming back. The Vine Post is quite the boutique wine store and bar my wife and our friends enjoyed for her birthday party. I found this place through a Yelp search of wine bars in the north part of Palm Beach County, where I could help my wife celebrate her birthday with friends. The manager I spoke with was helpful and friendly, understanding what I wanted to do, and could accommodate a party of 20-25 people. The wine store is at the front, with the bar and lounge in the back. There are at least three high-top tables with a couch to lounge around. An L-shaped bar is where you can also grab glasses of wine. Most of the wines are moderately priced, and you can purchase a bottle or enjoy a glass at the bar or one of the tables. Many of the wines are from wineries not as well known, which allows trying something new that you usually don't see at the major wine & spirit chains. The manager had at least one to two people come in to pour a selection of wines for purchase, including roses, a white, and some reds. The experience at the Vine Post was fantastic, and I would go back for more. read more

What an awesome find! My wife were visiting the area and wanted a nice glass of wine as we hadn't had what I would consider a worthy wine in the couple days we had been visiting thus far. Patrons can either pick up a bottle and enjoy it at home or stay and soak up the atmosphere. They have a couple of tables and a long bar with plenty of seating. Oh, did I mention, they also have beer for the non wine drinkers. And good ones, I must add. It is a family run establishment. We mostly interacted with the father and son owners of the place. The son is very knowledgable about wines. We were greeted by him. Chatted a bit and he steered us to two very wonderful wines. We thoroughly enjoyed. To be honest, I could have had more but my wife was getting a little tire. We also had a chance to speak to the elder statesman and he was very pleasant to talk to. When he wasn't cleaning glasses or pouring a glass he was praising his son. You could tell he is proud of him. Quite a few people came in that appeared to be regulars. I can see why. If I lived in the area, I'd probably spend a great deal of time here. The Vine Post is a gem! read more

What a fun little.place. They do not have wine flights on the menu yet but they were more than willing to do one for me and for any wines that were replaced (from the menu selection) they were comparable. Great place! We have been here twice, both times on a Saturday night. Service was good - they kept our wine filled as well as water glasses. No issues getting a table both times. Wine selection is very good. The staff is very knowledgeable and we pick a bottle to drink and couple to take home. Prices are very good on the wine. Bathrooms are very clean. I visited The Vine Post last Friday night with my wife and friends. They were having a wine tasting that night for Bookwalter wines from Washington state. The wines were fantastic! The chardonnay was probably the best I've ever had! The Cab was also outrageously delicious. The owner was so nice to us, we will definitely be back! You can also order food from the neighboring restaurant which was great. The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. read more

Hidden Gem! As you walk up to the door, this place appears as a retail shop. However just past the wine selection is a wine bar. There is an intensive list of bubbles, wine, and even craft beers available by the glass. The options span over multiple regions and change regularly. They offer tasting flights and will customize the flights to your palate preference. Most of the options are not seen on other menus in the area. The staff was very versed in the offerings. They have several sommeliers working and offer education about the wine, region, and making process. I found the staff was very passionate about wine and answered all my questions, even ones I felt were basic. The retail shop offered unique wines from small and large wineries. Most of the bottles I have not seen elsewhere. The prices were very fair, and I was able to get something in my price range without difficulty. They do not prepare food in house, but you can order from several restaurants in the area and dine in house. Great date night place or night out with the girls. read more

My girlfriends and I went for the first time last night. It's a great little wine store and tasting bar. They have different wines in the store part than at the bar. Had happy hour specials and we were told they change all the time. We ended up getting a bottle to share and it was excellent. They kept our glasses filled. If you want a bottle to drink that's in the retail part you can drink it fir a small corking fee. We ordered food, which actually comes from a restaurant a few doors down. It's a nice touch when your drinking to have some food. They do private parties and my girlfriend is thinking of having a party there after our great time last night. You won't be disappointed. Absolutely best hidden gem ever in Palm Beach County! Excellent variety of wine in retail and the tasting room, bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles and the most inviting, knowledgeable staff.
