When I was finally able to speak with a representative, I was told that I could not exchange the mask I received even though it was within the 30 day window and would have to pay out of pocket for a different one. I was also informed--for the first time--that the 30-day trial period only applies when you initially receive the machine, not when trying a different type of mask. This policy was never clearly explained upfront. The lack of communication, billing issues, and rigid policies made what should have been a straightforward medical equipment process unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, due to these ongoing issues, I will no longer be using this company. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider alternative providers if possible.
