NE Mechanical came out, found a detached thermostat wire and fixed it for free. For humor's sake I had NEMech price an identical system to the one Doc Dancer proposed and NE Mech came in $1,000 cheaper. When it comes time guess who I'll choose? 3 months later now and I just had NE M replace a blower motor st one property and diagnose a bad sensor at another. I just had them install two AC units on two additional properties. The moral: good, honest service is rewarded. All work has been performed perfectly and at the low end of the price spectrum. I rarely provide reviews, and even in this case it took multiple positive visits over a period of a year for me to get off my rear end. Glad I did. Give these guys a call.

We requested an upgraded system with higher efficiency which cost more than the cheapest system because energy efficiency is important to us. Dave was on time for his appointment, organized and thorough in looking over our existing system and the layout of our home, vents and returns. He also suggested we increase the size of our AC even before I mentioned that on really hot summer days it would get up to 80* with the AC constantly running. He matched one aspect of another company's offer. He explained his proposal welll and we ultimately went with Gibson. The installers were very efficient and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was connected via the manufacturer's app and that I understood how to operate the system. Dave and the two installers displayed professionalism throughout.
