Well November comes & it's not running right, just humming very loud, won't kick on at all, he has to replace blower motor in which had a warranty, then says 2 wires were crossed on the mother board. Says who has been here working on this Furnace & I told him absolutely NO ONE HAS JUST HIM. Then he says It took $500.00 to do all this. He has to turn in a claim on the warranty on blower motor then called other supply house & got a new blower motor for furnace $ 141. Don't ever use him he did the same exact thing to a friend. He could of caught my house on fire, & he is messy. Don't ever use him.

I would not suggest using this company. I had scheduled a time for someone to show up and install a…read morecouple items for me. The time they were scheduled to show up had come and gone. I called to inquire on if anyone was going to show and was told that another electrician was just finishing up a job and would be there soon. The electrician showed up about 30mins later. They started about 1:30 and were still there around 6:30 not finished. While trying to run wire from the attic they attempted to take paneling off of my wall to better get access to it. While he was on my ladder his foot slipped and cracked my paneling. My wife seen this happen. Granted he did apologize and stated if I had any issue the office would make it right by either replaceing the damaged paneling or covering the damages. They came back 2 days later and finished the install and left my area a mess. I brought the problems up with their office. The lady I spoke with stated she would get back with me after I sent pictures. The email I received basically stated that the electricians that were at my place lied. This is the email I received. ( After speaking with the electrician and our manager, it seems that he accidentally tripped over something in your hallway, which caused the panel to crack. He repaired it using silicone, and your wife said that it looked good & that you intended to replace it soon anyway. However, we understand that this is not an ideal situation, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the dust left behind, we apologize for the oversight on our electrician's part. He did not have a vacuum in his vehicle and asked to borrow a broom and dustpan from your wife. She assured him that it was not a problem, and she would take care of it. He apologized and asked her if she was sure, and she confirmed it was. While this is not our normal protocol, we appreciate your understanding. We want to make sure that you have a positive experience with us, so please let us know how we can make it up to you. I did not want them to put it back up broken. This looks tacky. I wanted it repaired properly. So from what I'm seeing is they will come to your place at their own time, destroy your property and leave the place a mess. They stated they would make it right. I don't see it.

No one showed up, I called them to see if they were coming. I was told there were 2 other appointments before me. My repair appointment wouldn't be until 1:00 to 2:00. I took work off this afternoon so I would be here. JO Mory said they always need a "2 hour window" to arrive. No one told me that when I rescheduled my appointment. I cancelled the appointment and called a local company instead. They will be here tomorrow! Unless you are unemployed and enjoy being treated like your time is not valuable? Don't use JO Mory.

When they came over, the owner and his apprentice, they were completely knowledgeable, professional, and were able to assess the situation and fix it with no problem. They were both unpretentious. Everything about their operation was completely professional, including the booties they put on before entering my home. Upon assessing the situation, one man took one job, and the other man took the other. they were both completed and out of my house and under an hour. What I got charged was significantly less than what I got quoted. I would highly recommend calling pro flow, plumbing solutions for all of your home plumbing needs. They were probably the sixth plumbing company I called and even though I had no water in my house the other companies could not get in and fix the problem until next week. That is unacceptable if you don't have water that is a priority. Nick understood that and was quick to come over and fix the problem. on a personal note, I am not an easy guy to deal with. I do everything that a tradesman hopes a customer would not do. I stood there and looked over their shoulder the whole time and they were very polite and answered all my questions--we even made jokes and laughed together.
