If he came before 2:50pm, then he would have had to deal with the HVAC maintenance team that was servicing our unit this morning (which he did not). Also our account states that is a signature is required after every service trip and I didn't sign anything today (and it should show that on any receipt your employee shows you). This is also not the first time we've had an issue with your employees falsely stating they provided service to our office, which is why we started requiring a signature when you come to our office.
