I went to drop it off and realized that, for some reason, i didnt get a return QR code that would allow the staff print a label. I was told that id have to email it to them (easy enough) and then the other shoe dropped - "it will cost $2.95 to print it off" The shocked look on my face must have said to the guy "wait what?" and he repeated the cost. I walked out. So i know its a franchise and i know they probably dont make anything off shipping my return back for all of their hard work (print the label, put the item in a plastic bag that amazon probably supplies them and print and slap the label on and put it in a bin. Doing the math... $2.95 for 3 minutes of work comes out to $59/hr but geeeze. If youre gonna have an agreement and be an end point for Amazon dont take it out on your customer. If i drove home (2miles, printed the label) and drove back for a total of 4 miles, at 20/miles per gallon would only be about a buck 25 at $5/gallon. So here's a customer service adage for ya... have a good experience tell 10 folks.. have a bad experience tell everyone. It could and should have been handled better

Wether it's photos and flyers or posters and casual prints, you will not find better prices and turnaround times than what you get here. The printing they use is top of the line and is identical to what many other printing studies use so you're not compromising quality. What you are doing is making your wallet happier! I've used it to print school projects as well as making cheap posters and they always have great friendly service and call you when your prints are ready. They also have cutting equipment available. Credit card payments only accepted on orders more than $11.
