Tom answered the quote request quickly and was able to come and inspect my vehicle the same day. He was very thorough, explained every step he was taking to make sure all of the new parts were installed correctly. We went on test drive and he made sure all of the wheels were functioning properly and the sensors were working properly and brought his equipment on the test drive.
