I've known Dennis, the owner of Top Dawg Mobile Homes, for over 40 years and he is the most experienced and reliable licensed by the Nevada State Manufactured Housing Division company I know. He is not just the owner he does much of the work himself and sometimes that makes it hard to reach him on the phone. Text messages with your phone number are the best ways to get a hold of him. Dennis from Top Dawg Mobile Home repair was recommended to us from a resident here in Logandale. We were looking for someone to relevel our house locally but couldn't find anyone in the valley. I searched up Top Dawg online and couldn't find anything about them so I was skeptical. We called Dennis and arranged a time. He made the trip from Las Vegas to Logandale. Only my wife was home upon his arrival and departure. She said Dennis was super polite and respectful; not creepy and sketchy. And, he got right to work. He identified a fault with the placement of our supports and fixed that. Continued to relevel the house, then checked every door for sqeaks and alignment.
