After seeing the 702 Supreme RV five stars i read up on them and contacted JonJon yesterday through yelp and he responded quickly. His experience shows that he has worked in the RV repair industry for a fair amount of time and then he went solo with his own business. I told him I needed the slide topper replaced on my 2015 Thor ACE 29.2 class A motorhome and that I already had the topper in hand. He said he could do it and quoted me a price and I accepted and and he said he could do it today 3/7/25 at my home. Today he asked me if I had an additional ladder and asked how big the slide was and stated he thought he would need help installing it. I told him that yes he would need another ladder and probably 8-foot ladders to be safe and that the slide was 14-feet wide. He knew the make and model of my rig and should have known how wide the slide was with a simple google search. This would have told him if he needed help and what he would need for ladders. This should have been enough to tell me not to use his services but the he said this "Is there any way you can bring it to me because I dont want to be going back and forth to you....i have everything here but my helper is my wife...i don't have any other person helping me... 7:03 AM: You can drop it off then I can have it done by today or tomorrow then I can drop it to you when it's done....? Just saying this because of the big slide room....." I replied that I couldn't bring it to him and that he is a mobile RV tech service and that I was cancelling the appointment. I'm not in a hurry to have it done but this entire thing told me that I'm now not comfortable at all using this companies services. read more

Awesome service. Had Jon over to look at a short in my MH. He found the short right away and helped me get the short fixed. Jon fixed the short and helped me get the coach lights working. Also had him work on the slide out cover and replace it and hook up the 7-pin trailer connector on the back of the MH. All work done as promised and very good prices. Call him for help on your RV. I'm way overdue for doing this review. My bad. I had Jon work on making some repairs on my 31' Fleetwood Jamboree in March and April. He replaced my HWH Relief Valve Shuttle for my hydraulic lift system, the broken shower skylight, replace the HWH hydraulic oil, replace back side marker lights, and put in a new generator carburetor. All I had to do was order the parts and pay Jon for the labor. And trust me, it was well worth it. Jon did an awesome job in getting these repairs done to perfection. The relief valve shuttle wasn't an easy project because it was the original part. My rig is 20 years old, so that valve was determined not to come off, but Jon got it off. Jon's repair prices are very reasonable. Taking it to an RV service center would have cost me some mega bucks (got previous invoices to prove it). :-) Jon also showed me how to take better care of my generator so that I won't mess up the carburetor again. I would highly recommend Jon for any work you need done on your RV for a reasonable price and great service. I plan on using Jon for future RV repair projects when they arise. If I could give ten stars, I would. 702 is hands down, the BEST. We (unfortunately) have a lot of experience with other businesses who supposedly do the same type of work so when I say that JonJon is amazing please know we have a lot to compare to. He is honest, extremely punctual, knowledgeable and dependable. His prices are crazy reasonable. This is one time that old saying, "you get what you pay for" does NOT apply. We had an RV for a brief time time last year. On a trip, someone ran into us and totaled it. They had bare minimum insurance and did not pay a dime to us. We had spent a lot of time restoring it. We really liked traveling that way so we decided to buy another and start over. We obviously did not have the budget that we did on the 1st go around but we had learned A LOT about hiring people to do work. The generator was not working properly so we had someone come out to look at it. Their estimate was ridiculous. Thank You, LORD I went on Yelp to find someone else. I read 702's reviews and was impressed but still cautious because of people we met on our first RV. All I can say is, "WOW". I had a list of things I knew we needed immediately. JonJon came out to look at our vehicle. Thank goodness. I had almost bought the wrong size faucet. After going over everything with him, I ordered the parts and he came and picked the vehicle up! We had him put in a new stereo, speakers, faucets, ceiling vent with lights and fan (he had to run wires for this) and a new toilet. Because of the vehicle's age, I was grateful that he offered to do a full inspection. By this time, I trusted him implicitly. I had total confidence in his integrity. He repaired the grey tank, replaced the city water valve and seven way. The generator that the other guy told us was going to cost a few thousand dollars to fix? JonJon blew it out and it works perfectly now. There may have been more repairs but I don't have the paperwork in front of me. Save yourself the time and money and just go to JonJon first. His work is above and beyond and if anything comes up in the future, he will be our first call. read more

Jon did a great job on my Nexus Rebel RV. There were several problems after Camping World got through with my rig. By the time I got it to Jon's business, I was ready to set a match to the entire rig I was so frustrated with how many things were falling apart on it. Several things detached inside the unit, wood paneling falling off, needing a new awning arm are just a few of the problems Jon fixed. He even identified some things that I had missed and was able to fix them appropriately. I also did a battery upgrade to lithium and added more solar to the roof and a bigger inverter which was fantastic although there are still some minor glitches that we need to iron out, I can't complain! It's a very complicated upgrade and so far it's been great with few minor issues that can be ironed out. In fact, he went beyond what I expected. When I received the rig back, he had washed it, flushed the black tanks, and even detailed the tires. You can tell he cares about doing a great job and it shows. He is the exact opposite of my experience with Camping World (btw review incoming for them soon), which gave me more problems than what they fixed and charged a ridiculous amount for it. That's another thing, Jon's labor charges I think are reasonable especially for this area which tends to run high. He's fair and honest to the point I actually gave him more money than he asked for as I appreciate someone who truly seems to care about doing a great job and is honest about it. Anyway, I hate for the secret to get out about how good Jon is, but he deserves to be busy, I can't just keep him as my personal RV tech. haha. I do have his number on speed dial if needed. And btw, he's very responsive to any questions or issues that might arise. me and my husband was driving into las vegas from I-15 and caught a flat tire before jean nv. use yelp app to find the nearest service and notice your shop was near by so i called 702 supreme rv and ask if he can change our tire.
