I received both 1:1 and group training, practice on practice skin, and practice on love models. Danjeila is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and motivating! I highly recommend this microblading school to anyone interested in perfecting the art of microblading.

After you serve as a model for her students to see how it is done, that she charges for the When the class is over, before you leave, he tells you to set me aside an appointment, you paid me $69, you owe me $181 dollars, I kept what??? When you make the appointment, she never tells you that there will be any additional charge, she only mentions that if you go to a second section there is an additional charge, this is false advertising just to grab models, it's SCAMMM! PLEASE BE CAREFUL...Another thing, that supposedly lip blushing does to you and after 2 days your lips look as if you have nothing, you just look at the eyeliner a little and that's it, I don't recommend it at all because of a thief due to false advertising, it deceives people, in search of models, and intends to charge you $500 the same price if you were a regular client, it does not even give you anesthesia, it works on you without any anesthesia, I already filed a complaint in the city for false advertisement, I know that this is a serious fault for the consumer, and apart from the poorly done job, it is only a Master to steal one's money, I paid $250 for a garbage job that is barely 7 days old, he did my lips and they look my lips as if nothing had been done to them

i waited several weeks to post this review to make sure that i wasn't coming in too hot…read more i have been going to the location on Harlem since i was in elementary school and never had an issue, so when i saw there was a location closer to me, i figured id give it a shot. wrong move, because the student that worked on my hair and the "teacher" that was supposed to be overseeing her work completely destroyed my confidence in Tricocci entirely, and i will never step foot in one of their schools or salons ever again. i asked for a few inch cut and a bleach- i still had some blue in my hair, so knew off the bat that i wasn't going to walk out with perfectly lightened hair. i said this to them at the beginning of the service- i just wanted a lighter canvas to apply my color to, so this did not matter to me. what i didn't expect was to walk out with an uneven cut (at LEAST a centimeter longer on one side, and very noticeable) and the absolute WORST lightening job of my life. not only was the cut uneven but the bleach was too- allll the way around my head. one side is bleached to the corner of my eye, the other side is above my eyebrow. i have done better myself with 0 experience as a stylist. without frying it either (which unfortunately i did have actual chunks fall out after this service). maybe the student wasn't used to lightening away from the root- fine. but the teachers lack of oversight (she was more concerned about watching another student do a simple blowout) is what really got me. she barely checked in, i think twice during the service, the second time at the very end, to which she said "well.. it'll blend when you put the color in". ????? blend WHERE girl. (spoiler alert: it did not blend), and i am now having to spend an actual fortune to get this corrected. additionally, the student was more attentive to what other stylists were doing and her personal cellphone the entire time than what she was doing to my hair. she repeatedly dropped foils on the ground and still used them on my hair. she scratched her own scalp and stomach and didn't wash her hands before going back to my hair. she RIPPED through my hair with a circular bristle brush while it was wet and freshly bleached (thought it was kind of basic common knowledge that you should be gentle on hair in this state but i guess not??). you can see how sparse my hair is after this experience in the photos- my hair wasn't exactly the healthiest (hence needing a cut) but it was FULL when i walked in there. disappointed is an absolute understatement, i am still DEVASTATED (and furious) literally weeks later. if someone from management could contact me- that'd be great.

I received a facial today. In both appointments, Pivot Point Academy made sure to evaluate me thoroughly to ensure that nothing was applied to my face that shouldn't have been; meanwhile, I was provided a well-rounded, hybrid experience of hydration, relaxation and breakout treatment. My esthetician was named Aliya, named after the singer Aaliyah. Aliya was not only skilled, but also very considerate of all of the components of what makes a good customer experience. She was sweet, thorough in both her approach and her application of the product, had good massaging techniques, was generally attentive to detail, and exhibited a wealth of knowledge that she's managed to learn within just a few months of practice. If I do book with Pivot Point again, Aaliya is definitely the one for me.

Despite specifically asking for my nails to be cut and shaped, that was never done. The student took her time, but the entire service felt rushed and uninterested, as if she didn't want to be there. The pedicure itself was far below what I've experienced at other student salons. There was no heel scrub, no spa-like experience, and the water didn't even have bubbles. To make matters worse, there was a hair floating in the water. Instead of changing the water, it was simply removed with a towel and the service continued. What bothered me the most was the no-chip removal process. Rather than properly soaking the polish off, a rough nail file that felt like a piece of sandpaper was used repeatedly on my nails. It was uncomfortable, actually hurt, and left me questioning whether proper removal techniques were being followed. I've visited several student salons before and understand that students are learning, but this experience was nowhere near the standard I've come to expect. I left disappointed and would not return or recommend it to others.

There is no main book at the. Desk or computer. They are booked out for two months to do facials. And can't promise anything. They need to be available for the student but can't tell you when they can do or able to book on what days. They definitely need some system. Inside 5 people who want to help kids get through and can't book anything. I want mens and women's. Hair, nails ,mani ,pedi ,facial , waxing, and they can't even help with schedules. I have been to several schools in the past and this by far is the most un organized one. I have cold called and booked with strangers in the past. Why is this so difficult. They are definitely not where you want to send anyone as a student. I also had a service and they did not ever look or see what they were doing. The teacher also just to it upon her self to do part of the service and not educate as they did it. The staff has very angry attitudes and not friendly at all. They are mean and nasty. I felt like she was bothered by having to talk to me. I was also told no service they have other students to do their work on. So if you plan on going don't. There is a nice one in Crystal lake off of 176 check them out.

They must have not perfected that service yet. OK I ate the cost of that. 2. Had a 1:30 appoitment. Thy sent me TWO confirmations. I show up at 1:30 told it would be a 15 minute wait. Ok. I had taken off a half day of work so that was fine. At 1:50 I am told there is no one here to do the service. After I toll time off! I was offered a "conditioner" next time. I was booked for color. Don't need a conditioner. I said "how about half off color next time" Nope. Can't do that. So I had to leave.
