I've been coming here since they were across the street. They have always been very welcoming and friendly. Their work is great and their prices are reasonable. Daisy is very experienced so she's very quick while providing clean and pretty nails. Lana did my pedicure and I love how she took her time to get into all the crevices and my toenails are clean and healthy. . This place does not disappoint!

I asked if they were opened tomorrow (Monday) but he said they were closed due to low staff.. he said once they do get more people then they might just go to opening Mondays. been coming to abc since they were across the street! my son was 2 years old he's now 9! was sad but happy for Daisy, she was on vacation visiting family but Ben was nice enough to show me pictures of her having fun! i'll be coming back once Daisy is back to get my pedicure! she is the only one i love to go to when it comes to my pedicure. over all experience has always been great. they've always taken good care of me and my family with great vibes!

I walked in and came in for a hot gel manicure. I know it's always a gamble walking into a place you've never been before but I thought I'd give it a shot because I had a date that night. Usually they come out really nice and uniform looking but she basically just filed, drilled and painted my nails with gel polish many times. I've honestly never seen hot gel done like this before. It was sloppy, I was overcharged and she didn't even do the manicure part. I will never go back. read more

My friend and I came here often to do some clean up but we barely post a reviews but I've noticed ABC Nails do have a mid-low rating for whatever reason. I always chose Daisy to work on my nails cause she was the first one that did mine until now. She did great. It is a simple one but she has great customer services, she does trying to make me feel comfortable while in the shop. The atmosphere is really nice, everything neat. It feels like an elegant nail shop on the inside. In my opinion, a lot of people should try coming in to experience. They're not like any other nail specialists, where they complain on you or talk behind your back. read more

I'm new to this part of the city and I have never had a regular nail lady nevertheless a regular nail salon. However, I was in need of a pedicure for an event this past Friday and every nail salon in the Hollywood/Koreatown area were only taking appointments. I came across this salon and decided to ask if they would take a walk-in and they said yes! I was so excited and relieved. I got a regular french tip pedicure for a decent price and I enjoyed it! Daisy did a great job and was extra gentle and very communicative regarding the length I wanted my nails. I also noticed she used brand new nail tools when working on my feet. The nail salons I would visit in the past never used new tools and I began to notice that my nails would break. A big plus is that, it's literally down the street from my home. I will definitely be visiting again! read more

didn't even get my pedicure done called at 10:54 am booked an appointment for 2 pm waited 45 minutes to be told they're barely ready for me when I had came 5 minutes early. If I book I expect them to be ready I don't mind waiting 5-15 minutes but almost an hour?? read more

While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, last minute cancellations like this are highly inconvenient and disruptive. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

The customer service with Sugarist Kathy was shocking. I don't understand how someone in this type of field could be so unwelcoming and careless. It felt like she did not want to be there. She did not bother to introduce herself kindly or interact with me in any kind of way. She seemed very annoyed. She didn't care to make me feel welcomed or comfortable in such an intimate service. During the service I expressed to her that she was going too fast for me as I was in extreme pain from the way she was applying the sugar on my skin to the yanking of the hair. She stated that it was because I was on my cycle and because my hair was extremely long, now I understand it was long but like I said im not a newby to the pain of a Brazilian. She could've responded in a more understanding way. It just was not a pleasant experience for me from the moment she came out to get me from the lobby because of the customer service. I don't know if I got her on a bad day, but I wouldn't want any girl to experience the treatment that I did today. Sugar and Glow I hope you reiterate to your staff how important it is to make clients feel welcomed and comfortable, and to simply be kind and friendly, basic human decency. My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

The owners are great folks that I have gotten to know, along with their staff of nail technicians. I had an amazing experience at ABC Nails! I went in for an acrylic manicure and gel pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. My acrylic nails are flawless - the shape and color are exactly what I wanted. My friend and I decided last minute we wanted to do a girlfriend mani-pedi. We called several places before we found ABC nails. The place is large. The technicians are consummate. I loved the mani so much that I didn't even need polish. The pedi was thorough and beautiful.
