[[HIGHLIGHT]]I really enjoyed the customer service and everyone was friendly and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, I won't be returning because I had concerns about the sanitation of the nail tools. During my appointment, I didn't see a new sanitized kit being opened, and after the tools were used, they appeared to be placed back into a storage container rather than into a separate container for sanitizing. I don't know what their cleaning process is behind the scenes, so I can't say whether the tools were properly disinfected. However, as someone with very sensitive skin and multiple allergies, this made me feel uncomfortable. This is simply my personal experience. I appreciated the service, but I left with concerns about the tool sanitization process, and for that reason I don't feel comfortable returning. read more

Absolute worst experience at a nail salon I've ever had. The salon was filthy - one of those places where you can tell there are no sanitary practices or sterilization happening. The condition of their towels was abysmal- I'm talking like rags you use to clean your house - ripped, dirty, just disgusting. Booked here because the place was walking distance from my hotel and they had a decent rep on Yelp. Dude, lies! Who are these kids leaving 5-star reviews? My nail tech was kind and def tried his best. My gel x nails were applied beautifully but his French tip design was shabby. I cringe when I look at them, even now, furiously typing out this review my nails look so bad lol. Uneven tip length and some of the edges aren't even painted. Le sigh. The pedicure (Celine Dion pedicure lol) was so far from a pedicure, it should be illegal. Turn on hot water, soak your feet, (no jets), take out your feet, paint your toes(!!), put your feet back in water, scrub for 5 seconds each foot, massage legs for 5 seconds, take out and bam, you're done. Never in my life have I ever seen gel pedi applied BEFORE pedi is finished. It was so literally half assed I was just beside myself. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tech gaslit me - oh hunny, have you ever had pedi before? This is because of the oil on the toes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Yo, most profesh, top dollar salons finish a high quality pedi job, dry feet and spray acetone on toes to remove traces of oil. Like every salon I've ever been to coast to coast for the last 20 years. Anyway, back to the story. All the while I was having Celine's "pedi from hell", this nail tech was running around, literally interrupting my service to sweep the floor, shoo away a homeless man, run here, run there, back to my pedicure, back to clean. Never washing hands and prob talking smack about me the whole time. Poor things were running a whole salon w just 2 techs. I was prob there for 2.5-3 hours total and spent over $200+. Totally killed the vibe of my vacay but at least I got out of there in one piece, no infections lol! read more

This was a horrible experience. It was a slow day so they were able to get me in quick! I got a mani and pedi with a spa treatment. However, techs were amateurs. I got a simple French but I had gaps on the sides. And my gel started peeling as soon as I left. The person doing my pedi was rough. I told her twice she was hurting me and still continue. She also did my friends's pedi and my friend complained as well. Then they tried to charge me more than the asking price. I had to do the math for them. read more

This was my go to spot but not anymore. Yesterday I got gel dip nails. The lady was working between me and another lady, she was rushing with mine. Was very careless and while filling cut my finger which was bleeding. She forgot to wipe off the dust and glue from my hands from the removal of my gel x nails. And as I was leaving I realized she forgot to put the top coat for one of my nails, so I went back and she didn't again but now the shape of it is messed up because I touched it before the top coat. My ring finger on my left hand that was cut is burning alotttt, they did not care that I was bleeding. When I told them they ignored me.
