Went here for the 1st time, last week. Got a gel manicure. Looked good. 3 days later a nail chipped. Called Lee and he said come back the next day. I ended up having to cancel so I called him and made it for the next night. I walked in and he was working on someone else and I was asked to wait. Since it was only a minor chip and I was in a rush, I asked if someone else could repair the 10 min job. Rose, was less than happy to help. She told me to sit down, didn't engage in conversation and then told me Lee waited for me the night before!! I told her I spoke with him and she shrugged me off. Update: I've been coming here for over three years. I still continue to come back because the place is clean, and Cindy does a phenomenal job doing nails. Both her and her husband Tony are so friendly and very nice. Together they do such an amazing job doing nails. I love my nails every time I come here. This is the best salon I've ever been to. read more

I'm getting married this weekend and I was unhappy with my nails. I asked what their policy is and was told refunds are not an option but they would redo my nails and toes. When I was told I can come back later to have them done, they said they were booked. What? It's amazing to me that this is even a business. I guess this speaks to its rating. Took 5 kids and myself here for an impromptu pedicure. They were very accommodating and provided great service. Pedicures look great!

Poor quality , every time I get my toes done it only last a week before it looks horrible with all the polish chipped off , when I got a full set done here it wasn't even a week before 3 of my nails popped off ! Very poor customer service as well as inexperienced nail techs. My best friend went to have her nails done for her wedding and ended up leaving in tears. She went back to have them fixed to be told "they all booked up" and they couldn't fix the terrible job that was done leaving her to go and spend at another salon to have them taken off and fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Steer clear!! The gentlemen at the front desk was completely rude, not at all accommodating in regards to paying for a service and it not being done correctly. I am telling you guys. DONT NOT GO HERE This is the worst place ever they are so rude and disrespectful. They are not clean I heard the guy {the owner tony} telling the other girl don't throw the toe Separators out put it in the box over there. He whispered to her, I was shocked. He was eating cookies while doing someone's nails. I was like yes this is my last time here. And they do the worst nails, they are very sloppy with doing nails please everyone don't waste ur time going here. Don't waste ur money, Tony is the boss and his wife Cindy is the same as him. Rude and disrespectful and sloppy. They use the same bag for there tools, they all have names on it. They don't use new clean ones. They use the same for all there tools I seen it. Had a bad experience. My nails were completely misshapen, the person doing my nails filed my natural nail so thin that I was in physical pain & to top it off two were with out a doubt crooked - the only thing I was satisfied with was the color but not with how badly shaped my nails had turned out... I'd practice some caution getting your nails done here.... went to another salon to have these problems corrected. Dont waste your time here. read more

Called the nail salon yesterday to make appt for a mani/pedi for my niece and a pedi for myself. They tell me they have one slot available for mani/pedi. I'm not in a rush but my nice was somewhat eager to get hers done so I took the appt for her. We get to salon on time and she is tended to immediately ... In the meantime the only other employee is giving herself a pedicure. Another employee arrives. Then 2 pedicure walk-ins arrive and are seen immediately! Guess what? I'm NOT coming back... If they only work by appointment then it should be advertised, my girlfriend has been going here for over a year and never had a issue but tried going in today 2 hours before close and got treated horrible because she didn't have an appointment that she nor I was never made aware of was needed certainly will not be returning due too how rude they were about it read more

665 bennetts mills road? More like 666! Because the aggression and tone he took with me resembled the devil. My experience at ABC nails was ridiculous. He destroyed my cuticles and cut me multiple times, then when ask to be more gentle I was ignored! He was so aggressive he snapped the acrylic IN HALF, then made me pay for the nail HE broke! Not to mention how thick the acrylic was piled on to the point where the acrylic was wider than my nail bed. This abomination took a total of 2 hours and he charged me 30$ for a FILL. 0/10. help me help you, dont waste your money. read more

Clean, polite, and they do good work! I've taken friends, mom and sisters there and all have had good results.

This is my favorite nail salon. Always friendly and courteous staff and the pedicures are top notch
