My nails last a long time and they are always willing to try new designs. They are fairly priced and quick. Great place!

I've been here a few times for pedicures only. It's a convenient spot. Reasonable pricing, never too busy I've never had to wait which is a plus. They are conveniently open on Sundays which a lot of nail salons are not. It's just an alright place to get a quick pedi in my opinion. It's literally fast. If you want long relaxing massages- don't come here. It's quick every-time. They are also slightly rough but the paint job is passable. Also- atmosphere/tools could be cleaner in general. Not the worst. But def not the most hygienic place

Amazing customer service! Gel manicure by Vicki took only 15 minutes!!! Highly recommend

i was back in town visiting my folks and called to get a last minute appointment. not only were they super accommodating, I felt welcomed (they talked to me on a first name basis the whole time) and they took the time to go over different manicure options with me. super happy with the outcome and my time and money spent there. highly recommend

Love love love this place!!! Lena does such an awesome job every time!!! Always walk out of here so happy with my nails ! :)

The only two fingers he worked on were left with burns. I am in severe pain.

This is the worst nail salon i have ever been to. I was visiting family and decided to get my nails done here. The man with the big chain did my nails and provided horrible customer service. after i told him the powder was burning my hand and causing excruciating pain he shooed me to the side and began yelling to the other workers who wants my colors because he decided he did not want to help me or fix my nails. After sitting in the chair for 25 minutes none of the workers came over to try and fix my nails or even do them. As my family was paying he tried to charge me $25 for doing absolutely nothing to my nails except causing pain. The staff there was extremely unprofessional and if i could rate 0/5 stars i would.

STAY AWAY! If you are looking for a professional gel manicure do not visit this salon. I ventured off to this place out of curiosity, wanting to try out a new spot in town and I regret it. Nails (see picture) look horrible. Unfortunately I didn't realize how terrible and crooked they were until I got in the car :(

Formerly known as "Cool Nails" and maybe Beautiful Nails as well.. I walked in to get a gel fill…read moreon Wednesday, August 6, around 9:30 A.M. The woman who normally does my nails at the nail salon I typically frequent was booked, and I needed a fill that morning. I decided to try Future Nails, as it is right up the road from my house, and I knew it was under new ownership, given the name change. I was immediately greeted by a middle-aged woman who looked angry to see that someone walked in the door. An older woman was in the pedicure seat, receiving a pedicure, and I was asked to sit down. Eventually, after a good ten minutes of twiddling my thumbs, a man sat down, and was absolutely nothing but nice. He seemed a bit flustered to be walking into work to have to immediately assist a client, but seemed ready for the job. He was quite slow, and I was late for an appointment following, but his cheerful attitude made me not mind so much. If it were a review on this man's attitude, I'd give him 5 stars, even with the $35.00 charge he surprised me with at the end of my manicure. However, this business received my low star rating for what happened next. I work with my hands. I'm in the food industry, and I am consistently performing duties with my hands. On the Tuesday following my manicure, 3 of my nails had come clean off of my fingers, one taking my nail underneath with it. I glued said nails down, and planned on returning back to Future Nails to get a repair. I walked back into Future Nails this past Wednesday, August 13th. When asked what services I required, I told the woman I had gotten my nails done, and needed repairs, as 3 had broken. The woman then questioned me as to who had done my nails. Upon telling her the name the man had told me the week prior, I was informed that they do not have an employee by the name that I had given. I told her that I may have been mistaken, but I did indeed get my manicure done at their salon. The woman continued to interrogate me as to when I had gotten my nails done, who had been there, etc., and why she did not recognize me if I had been there. Mind you, this woman was nowhere in the salon at the time of my initial visit. At this point, I'm ready to make a scene in the salon. I am seated at a table and a man starts to fix my nails. The process was rushed, and all the while, the woman who had interrogated me is speaking to the man in a language that I do not understand. The man fixes my nails, and as I am reaching into my wallet to give him a tip, I am informed that the services will cost me an additional $5.00, on top of the $35.00 I had spent the week before, on the same manicure. I informed the man that I would give him the $5.00 and he could decide whether or not to keep it as a tip, or put it in the register. Today, August 16th, 2 of the nails the man fixed have broken again. There are multiple nail salons in Jackson, as well as surrounding Howell, Freehold, etc. I have never been charged for a repair to my nails so soon after a fill. I have never been interrogated by an employee, doubting my story as to whether or not I received services in their business. I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer. I will not be returning to Future Nails, and I encourage any person debating about stopping in to check out the other salons in the area before subjecting themselves to any of the nonsense I encountered.

I got a manicure/ pedicure for July 4th weekend. Can't even explain how bad my manicure came…read moreout...Blue nail polish all over the skin surrounding my nail. The sides of my nails were missing polish. When she finished and asked me if it was okay I said no and pointed to all the blue on my skin. She proceeded to tell me blue is a hard color and took a cotton ball with nail polish remover to fix it. Not only did it not come off, she began to take the polish on the actual nail off on the sides. Now there are little fibers in the paint on my nails from the cotton ball, still blue on my skin, and my nails aren't fully polished....the older gentleman looks at them and shrugs in an "oh well" fashion. I would never go back there...even if it was FREE! Unsatisfied and annoyed is an understatement.
