Have dined at this very restaurant with family. For years, a few days ago had a very bad experience ordered food to go spaghetti and no meatballs. I do not eat beef called back, they confirm they made the wrong order, but the only way they would give me a refund is to come immediately and bring that back. I informed him that there was no way I could do that. That's why I had someone pick it up, I said, maybe tomorrow they said no, they don't have to worry about me ordering again I told the manager Chloe that I'm sure they won't miss me.. read more

I received the wrong pizza and called the restaurant to get it corrected. Instead of offering a solution, I was told I'd need to reorder and repay, essentially doubling the cost of my original order -- how is that fixing the issue? When I asked about delivery, the employee sarcastically said, "I can deliver it myself -- nope." The tone was extremely rude and dismissive. Every time I called, they hung up or disconnected the call. What really upset me is that as soon as I said my name, her entire attitude changed for the worse. I truly hope this wasn't related to my race, but the shift in tone was noticeable and concerning. I was calm and polite the whole time. Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. Got a huge bowl of spaghetti noodles with maybe a quarter of a cup of meat sauce. And they charged an extra $2.50 for the meat sauce. Then they tried to cover up the lack of sauce by covering it with cheese. Poor flavor due to total lack of any sauce. The server made a snyde remark when she interrupted our conversation and we didn't immediately acknowledge her presence when she walked up. Extremely rude and then tried to make light of it. She messed up her bill twice and had to have someone else fix it. Then she wouldn't take our payment we had to go to the front counter to pay the bill. Will not return. read more

I've eaten at a Tampa ABC location before and this one just didn't live up to my expectations. The restaurant was so quiet on a Friday evening. No music, just odd. It's a family style restaurant but you are sat so close to others you can hear all of their conversations. A little background noise would be great. The prices were decent and the portions were huge but the flavor just wasn't there. I didn't enjoy my chicken Alfredo at all. My husband's chicken parm tasted like canned spaghetti. Well would love to review but we walked in and stood there for five mins while staff ignored us. One lady asked if we need to be on wait list. We hung out for about ten minutes. Half of tables empty, obviously they had no staff to serve the public. People left and no one was seated. Most likely just a poorly ran place. Won't be back. read more

You can also tell the building was built in the 70s and the restaurant hasn't renovated since the 90s. They also don't have a balsamic salad dressing. The pizza is flippin awesome. Don't bother ordering extra cheese because it's loaded! The yeast rolls are super soft on the inside and crispy on the outside - indulge! Not only is the food and service above par, the staff is ALWAYS accommodating for me and my service dog. They allow us to pick a corner we are comfortable in to tuck him away. Just awesome! The waitress was very stand offish and did not answer any of my questions about the menu. I ordered a steak and cheese grinder. I have to say, I only took 2 bites. That was just a horrible tasting sandwich. When I told the waitress it was bad, she reacted by handing me the check and sarcastically saying okay thank you as she walked away. I really like ABC. Their pizza is always good and they have many different options to choose from. If I'm not in the mood for pizza I usually order one of their grinders. The Steak grinder with mushrooms and onions is awesome. Their rolls are really delicious as well and they offer them periodically throughout your meal. ABC is my family's go to for take out in Plant City! We get ABC take out regularly. Our order is always correct and it's usually ready to go in less than 20 minutes. We love the chicken Parmesan, the white pizza, the calzones, the Greek salads, and the ham grinder! We've been getting it for years and it's always delicious! Their house Greek dressing is UNREAL. we visit this place at lest once a month took kids there for lunch today the staff was absolutely horrible never have we been here and had this problem..
