They do offer gluten free crust but that is it. They DO NOT practice safe preparation and I knew after I had already paid ($26 for the gf, I might add), that I would be glutened. Only one prep area full of flour. No gloves, no hand washing between gluten crust and the gf crust. The gluten hands in all of the toppings that go on ALL of the pizza. They just don't need to be offering gf. Pretty disappointed.
