Now it's August and they finally finished but I'm not sure about the integrity of the pool. It took them until the end of June to get started and then employees only showed up twice a week for a few hours. The work is a mess. When the concrete was finally poured to protect the pool from the dirt of the slope, the pool started moving and they had to stop the work. It took them 2 more weeks to finally come out and fix it. They didn't level the ground around the pool area like they were supposed to either. The owner came out and basically said we are done even though they didn't do the work they were supposed to do. Just FYI, the owner lives in Hungary so he has no clue what his company is even doing.

We purchased a Hayward pool heater from K&B Pools in May of 2024. After we signed our contract and the heater arrived we were informed that they would place it on a concrete slab and connect the plumbing but they do not carry the license to do any electrical work or pull permits. This was deceitful on K&B...it took us until March of 2025 to find a licensed electrician familiar with pool heaters in our area to wire our heater. Once it was wired and our propane company connected the lines, we started the heater on April 4,2025. It immediately began to jump, vibrate and smoke! We called our electrician and he contacted K&Bpools immediately for us. Kayla Lassiter texted my husband on April 4,2025 and said she'd be out that afternoon...she never showed up. April 5,2025 after waiting all day, she texted at 3:00 pm to say she'd would not be out that day. We asked to be put on the schedule for the upcoming week and she replied "of course." K&B pools never contacted us that week. April 10th my husband went into the store and spoke with a store employee and was told Kayla would call us ASAP. We never heard from her. April 16th we texted her again telling her...this heater is under warranty and she said she was going to try to come out tomorrow. She never showed,called or texted. We took the day off. April 21,2025 was our last text to her and we told her we had spent 6500.00 on a pool heater that does not, has not and never has worked since we've owned it and she did not respond. On April 28,2025 we went back to the store to request K&B pick up the heater since it is still under warranty and refund us our money. The employee told us we could tell her our problem until"until we are blue in the face" but she can't do anything and she would relay the message to Kayla. As of today we have not heard from Kayla She is trying to let the warranty expire. They are unprofessional, deceptive and do not complete the project they are hired to do once you sign the contract and give them your money. If I could give a 0 star I would!

We have ordered a custom safety cover with installation requirements for the permanent anchors and never had an issue with the quality of their work. I have replaced the liner in my in ground pool through this company and they installed it and there happened to be a manufacturing flaw (not B&G's error). They did all of the negotiating with the manufacturer and performed the removal and reinstallation with the utmost professionalism addressing details that surfaced along the way to be sure that any structural maintenance was addressed while the liner was absent. These people make going to the store to get your regular supplies something to look forward to rather than just an extra chore. Every employee that I've had contact with is knowledgeable and able to explain the product lines and how and why your chemicals work (if you want to know.)
