I actually had a very good customer service experience today. And I think that is worthy to recognize. The grocery store was packed this morning as would be expected on a Sunday around lunch. I didn't really come in with a plan so I am trying to decide what to make for the week while in there at the same time. As I was walking around there was who I believe to be a manager or so - he was in a pink shirt today - approach me and ask what I was looking for. I told him and he took me straight to it. Later, when I passed by him again, he asked me if I was still good. Then when I went to check out, I had a good experience with Dresden. He was quick, efficient, kind, professional, and did the job well. I appreciate that he was ringing up the order quickly, packing the bags all by himself, and checking to make sure I was cool with it. He is clearly a hard worker and seems to be a great asset to this local HT. All and all, for someone who hates big hall, grocery shopping, I had a good of a time as I could have. I appreciate the customer service that I personally experienced, and that I witnessed the other people experiencing as well. It is wild to say this, but this is the best ABC Liquor Store around.
