Visited this cool new wine and beer place. There is limited parking (free). Not sure if there is a different entrance with no steps, but the front entrance has two small steps. Besides wine and beer they have hard cider, hard seltzer and Sandbar sparkling wine water. No beer on tap. The wine bottles are organized by country, including Spain, Italy, Chile, Argentina, love, Australia, New Zealand, France, and US states. For many of them, there are descriptions on what they pair with and what they taste like. There are also some snacks, like popcorn, chocolate, and even dog treats. We got to do some tastings of a Portuguese Vinho Verde, a French dry rose, and Sandbar. My partner also tried a Blowing Rock ale. The most interesting tasting was the Portuguese Vinho Verde, it had a citrusy flavor. There were a lot of different artwork from different artists that was fun to look at. They plan to have food trucks and live music so this will be a nice place to hang out.

    Our wine tasting glass one.

Though I have visited several wineries in my experience, this was my first time here. What I think the newcomer here should know: There are many things you can experience here. You can walk in, buy a glass of wine and walk around or sit. You may shop. There is a large area inside offering wine related items for your purchase. Some food and sweets as well. There are three tasting areas (I think three). Shaped like a bar, they aren't actually a bar in the workings. You may purchase a tasting at the cashier area, meet with a bartender tender (their term) and experience an entertaining tasting of several wines offered here. The above information was provided because there's no guidance for first timers here. Frankly, I almost drank one glass of wine and left but after quizzing the correct employees I was able to find out what this place actually offered. I'd equate it to your first day at high school. It's late in the tourist season and many of the employees seemed to be growing tired of people asking stupid questions. In trying to figure this place out I spoke to seven or eight folks, from bartenders to cashiers. One bartender (gentleman outside) was polite and great! Conversely the older woman bartending outside was the opposite. Zero help. I didn't care for her attitude. If you're like me. A tourist and here for the first time, get a tasting. It's the best way to experience several of the wines. Doug was our bartender. He did an awesome job. Funny, entertaining, and knowledgeable. The wines are sweet. They are done well. To close I'm not sure how to rate this place. There's lots of potential here but I think several employees lack the skills to encourage a customer to purchase a glass or bottle of wine. If you are familiar with the place and know what you want, it's probably a great experience. Sorry but the delivery is lacking, therefore my reviewed experience isn't great.

I came here to go shark fishing over the weekend with a few friends. The first night we headed out in the late afternoon, we stopped here first. What a blast we had! I had so much fun that I would have been fine if we just stayed there instead of going fishing! Silver Coast offers wine tasting, and there were a few four-person tables there doing tastings. There are a couple of two-person tables, and then there's the bar. It's not a big place, but they sure stay busy! We sat at the bar first and asked for something special. John told us he could combine two of their beers and it would taste exactly like a Creamsicle. Well, he wasn't kidding. It smelled and tasted exactly like a Creamsicle. WOW! Needless to say, we were there every day for the three days of our trip. Each time, John brought us new tastes to try. I cannot emphasize how much fun he makes this place. Imagine if you had a small local place that you had been going to for the past 5 years. That's how John made me feel starting with my first time. On one of the top shelves of the small store which is located in the front of the room (the bar area is in the back half of the room) was a giant bottle of wine. It turned out to be five liters. I knew that if I returned from a winery without having brought my lovely wife a bottle, she might lecture me. So, I decided to get her that bottle. Hey, it was only one bottle! :-) About the facilities, they are clean and welcoming. But did I mention John? I cannot give this place enough stars.

I discovered this gem last time I was stationed here and it was consistently the best place I went to for wine. They always made my daughter and dog feel very welcome whenever I brought them along. And the wine is unlike anything I've tasted. I've toured wineries in Temecula and this is the only place where I'll easily come home with a case of wine. The gift baskets are amazing too. I watched it grow and expand over the course of three years and the quality of service remained amazing. I am happy to see the winery survived COVID-19 where many small businesses went under. Very excited to come back to this place and its employees!

Went on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't packed but they had quite a few customers. We called beforehand on the facility being dog friendly and they are! Bonus!! We were greeted right away. The owner was knowledgeable, down to earth and took the time to explain each wine tasting. For $10.00 you get to choose 10 wine tastings from the dry, semi sweet, and sweet section. We chose mainly drys and 3 from the semi sweets. Our tasting: -Porch Time (Viognier) -Sunny Days (Seyval Blanc) -Southern Exposure (Riesling) -Sauvignon Blanc -Fire Side Red (Blend of Norton, Syrah, Malbec) -Legacy Red (Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot) -Legacy Blend (Cabernet Franc & Merlot) -Carolina Sunshine (Green Apple Riesling) -Summer Nights (Blueberry Pinot Noir Blend) -Miley Creek Red (Best served room temperature for semi sweets- wine using cocoa nibs) My fave was the Legacy Red and the Sunny Days that I had to bring home two bottles. Plus I purchases the Summer Nights for our neighbors as a gift. All at a reasonable price! If you are not a wine drinker and just tagging along, they do serve beer (not on tap). Mainly domestic bottles. They also sell local cheese and crackers. Connected to the winery is a gift shop full of cute decor, T-shirts and gift ideas. I really loved the patio and the screen porched area where you can enjoy your wines. Landscape is gorgeous that you can see the vineyards from where you are sitting. The inside is spacious and has a laid back feel. On weekends they have events with food trucks so check the schedule. 10% on half case of wines 20% for a case They do ship to most states. What a wonderful experience! I highly recommend you check out this place. You will not be disappointed. Hopefully we will back again next year when we visit My Mr's parents again.
