I bought a few slaps of stone and during installation one was cracked and when I went to purchase another one he was asking twice the amount i had originally paid, claiming that he gave me the wrong stone to begin with and i have to pay the higher price due to their mistakes !! He delayed my construction work by a week trying to decide whether or not he would honor his original price. He actually sent two of his managers, Grezelda and Eric, over my place to inspect the stone .. they are not any better than the owner in regards to customer service and calling back as they say they will. Cheap owner with poor customer service all around !!!

We recently sent a client that we met with for several hours to select the clients perfect countertops selection only to be told they will no longer sell to builders. They gave us a quote at the time of the slab selection and when the fabricator called the have the slabs delivered they increased the price by $1200.00. We spoke to them and showed them the quote they issued and they refused to honor the quote. Stating they no longer will sell to builders or remodelers only to fabricators. As a member of the custom builders council in Houston. I will make sure that all custom builders in houston and designers know they can no longer do business with Arizona granite and Tile. They have cost our business and our client $, time and forced to go elsewhere to select materials. Save yourself time and and money. Go somewhere else to pick your materials.

WOW is all I can say! I read so many positive reviews of the service and quality so when we were…read morelooking seriously at installing flooring, I knew this is where I wanted to go. Jacquie has been nothing but incredible as was the installation team. So a few things stood out to me with this whole experience. First, I saw the pricing of our existing LVP (we wanted to match it in the bedrooms after removing the carpet) on the manufacturer website at a specific price but when I got quotes elsewhere, they all upcharged in varying amounts but not Jacquie! Second, the team who came to install the flooring was employed by this company, not a contracted out group which to me means they take pride in their work as it reflects directly on the company. They were on time, very professional, cleaned up any footprints along the way, and in one difficult spot they took the time to really figure out how to make it work correctly the first time. My husband actually used to lay flooring years ago and even he was impressed with the quality of the work! We are so happy to have consistent flooring now throughout the house and I can finally relax and have guests stay without worrying about carpet holding smells that I am nose-blind to! I will add better photos once our house doesn't look like a war zone with moving furniture and we put down the fancy baseboards we ordered! The team that laid the floors were professional and efficient. You can tell that this team has worked together for quite a while because everything flows smoothly. Abel, Peter, Elijah,and Daniel were their names. I suggest that you asked for this team when it comes to laying down your floors. So the company gets an A+ for laying down wood flooring. Also the office rep whose name is Jacquie gets in a plus because she went out of her way to ensure we chose the floors we needed. She goes above and beyond when it comes to helping the clients. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm sure the company gets a lot of business because of her wonderful customer service. And most important the company gets an a++ for pricing. You cannot beat their pricing anywhere, believe me I tried. I suggest if you find a wood sampling that you like at another store bring it to their store and if they can beat the price. I did that a few times and they always came about $2.50 under the asking price of the other company. Now there's a few things to be aware of that I learned doing this process if you are changing your floors from tile to Wood. I went with the dust free company that they use but that does not mean you will not get dust over everything because there are other processes like laying down the float and dealing with it. it produces a lot of dust in your home. I had to dust every article in my home and cabinets when the process was completed. I would definitely recommend that you speak with the team that they use to come out to take up tile to ensure that they cover all of your items in your bookshelves and on your counters completely or you need to ensure that there is nothing left out on any counters. So, if I could critique anything I felt that the team that came out to break up tile could have done a much better job at covering the bookshelves and the things on the kitchen counter. But now I know, so I'm passing on this information to others. Also another thing to be aware of if you are getting tile taken up. You will definitely get damaged to your baseboards. I was not aware of that and I didn't have any issues in the room that had carpet in them but the baseboards in the rooms that the tile were taken up looked pretty bad because the paint was pulled up off of the baseboards when they took up the shoe mold or quarter round. When they do this, it also takes off some of the paint from your baseboards and you will be left with baseboard shock like I was because I wasn't aware of this beforehand. So I ended up spot painting all the areas that the paint came off of my baseboards and that fixed the problem but I just wasn't aware beforehand that pulling off the quarter rounds would peel off your paint from your baseboards. So just be aware and plan to either repaint your baseboards after your wood is put down or replace them. Now, if they are just pulling up carpet you will not have this issue. So in the end even with the issues with the baseboards due to the tile being pulled up and having to touch up my baseboards I would do it again because my floors look beautiful. See pics attached for the dust that was left on the counters, the condition my baseboards were left in and last but not least the beautiful flooring. Hopefully this review helps if you are transitioning from a tile flooring to wood flooring. It has been over a week now and I'm still loving my wood flooring.

He checked in frequently and made sure all the details and customizations that were important to us were achieved: from the cabinetry tilt outs for laundry and tooth brushes, to creating space for a two person shower in our master bath. The guy who was doing the installation was amazing. They call him Rambo but his real name is Louis(I think). Rambo can lay floor and tile. We had the fireplace redone with tile and it looks great! I did not, however, think I'd be returning so quickly to do just that: replace a dishwasher that had gone kaput. When the control board and pump failed on my existing Bosch dishwasher, I knew exactly where to go so that I didn't have to pearl dive in the sink any more. I came here once, looked around, took notes and then went home and did my research. When I figured out which model would best suit me, I came back to buy. Lee assisted us again, as he had helped us with our oven. Very knowledgeable and informative, he helped me figure out that getting a model one step up from my initial choice was really a no-brainer (price difference was negligible and features were more comprehensive and intuitive). Prices here are extremely competitive and part of the reason that I returned here was because of their superior installation crew. Now, these are not your builder-grade or builder-supply store selection of dishwashers. I did not, however, go over the top price-wise with my purchase. I feel I got a quality machine at a very fair price that was expertly installed, exactly when they promised it would be here. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to return should I need to replace another major appliance.

They also did the waterfall island, added more cabinets and repainted the old cabinets. Joanna was so helpful, and she knew exactly what I wanted, like she could picture it in her head when I described my dream kitchen. She also knew which kind of marble I was looking for and helped me find the perfect one for my backsplash. Just look at the outcome! I couldn't be happier with my new stylish kitchen! They offered a 25-year warranty seal on the marble. I hope it will last, but of course I will be careful since natural marble are delicate. One thing is that you might need to prepare to wait a long time. It was a 2 week project that turned out to be 2 months, but it was worth the wait.
