I spent lots of money making sure those were not the issue. The only issue left was the flashing around the chimney. Frustrated with being gaslit by Joel, I went to another roofing company. I was tired of arguing with Joel about it. There was no way he would ever accept any responsibility. He spent most of the visit telling me about his other lucrative side businesses and asking to give him the opportunity to sell my home through his new real estate company. So the other company charged me and actually FIXED the issue, I was finally free of this issue. I asked Christian Bros for a portion back and they sent me a long letter written by one of their lawyers continuing to gas light me about the issues. Really just another typical company out there that has no interest in backing up their work. They just want their money and then to never speak to you again.

There is no reason to go anywhere else. We have a large spiraling grand staircase in our entranceway. 133 balusters. The balusters we had before were 15 years old, white, and scuffed and worn (the previous owners had two young children). We wanted something durable, easy to maintain, and elegant. They are exactly that! The transformation is remarkable. We had the wood floors redone and stained a dark cherry when we first moved in 12 months ago, so with this and the iron balusters, it looks like an entirely different entranceway! We found Stairworx online doing a Google search, and are very lucky we did! David was great to deal with. Prompt, professional, and descriptive. It's rare to find someone who is so on top of things, who simply gets the job done, and so efficiently it seems with ease. I've dealt with a lot of contractors, businesses, sub contractors, etc., and I genuinely wish everyone was like David. It would make my life much more enjoyable! (By the way, Home Depot is a nightmare to deal with on contracting jobs.)
